Sheyla was wonderful! I booked EVERYTHING for my first trip to Cuba with her company. The trip was smooth and flawless, every detail taken care of including official documents and help with obtaining necessary paperwork. I also took one of her tours and had a wonderful experience. Sheyla is professional, responsible and FUN! I can't imagine my trip without her. I felt comfortable to enjoy my vacation because I knew Sheyla had everything covered. Her eye for detail and her ability to anticipate client needs went above and beyond. Her knowledge of the area and culture enhanced our trip and we appreciated her warm and welcoming spirit. I took a day tour of Havana with Isa, consisting of La Habana Vieja, La Plaza de la Revolución, and el Cementerio de Cristóbal Colón. Isa is a very knowledgeable guide. She is able to provide a lot of in-depth information on the history of these sites, and speaks with the enthusiasm of someone that is proudly showing you their home. Even though we only took a day tour together, she was able to provide some excellent restaurant recommendations for the Havana area, as well as great suggestions on things to do and see throughout the entirety of Cuba.
