What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is that it doesn’t feel like a job. I love helping people make small changes that yield huge results. I love to meet and get to know people, I am a good listener and when clients reach their goals or have a breakthrough I am as happy as they are. Seeing people realize their strengths and develop self reliance is a priceless feeling that is unmatched.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I know first hand the difference a good life viach can make. When my mother died, I reached out to a coach to help me with my grief and help me move on. It was very beneficial and since I had always been a person that people talked to, I decided to get training and become a Professional Coach so I could help people. The skills and experience I acquired have allowed me to help many people.

I am a trained professional coach with over 10 years experience. As a graduate from the advanced coach training program at International Coach Academy I have knowledge and experience coaching in many areas including changing careers, relationships, self esteem, life skills, organization and grief. Every client receives coaching tailored to their needs. I establish a relaxed nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients can feel safe and know every session is confidential. I treat my clients with kindness and respect and I celebrate their achievements with them.

Yes. I currently coach in person, online via Skype or Zoom. I also coach by phone in the US or What’s Ap internationally.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid I did not coach in person. I still prefer to coach remotely or online. I now have a very few clients who coach in person. We maintain a 6 foot distance and I disinfect after each person leaves.
