I had the pleasure of working with Greg for a 6 week program and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He has a unique approach to fitness - incorporating HIT, weight training and mindfulness. I have definitely noticed an increase in my strength and endurance as well as seeing a real difference in the shape and size of my glutes. Greg is committed to holistic health and wellness which I really appreciated during my training sessions. I really enjoyed his workouts that were tailored to my goals as I’ve never been so sweaty in my life. I also went to one of his Sunday meditation classes and I felt it was very grounding to start the week off that way.
