The staff is friendly, I have an awesome trainer Willie who is helping me to make significant progress in my goals. It's not a "muscle gym" but a place where everyone feels welcome and not intimidated.

I love my personal Trainer, Jenn! She is fantastic! I also like the Zumba classes. The instructors are all great (and different) so that makes it fun and exciting to continue going. On the down side, this is a very busy location. It is hard to find the room to work out with my Trainer. We are always fighting for space and equipment. It is frustrating to spend that kind of money on personal training and not have a dedicated area and equipment to use. I have talked to management about this in the past, and have been told there is a plan to correct that, but it has been almost 2 years I have been there and nothing has changed. It is frustrating for your clients and your trainers alike! Something needs to change! Also, the A/C in the group class room and the women's locker room needs to be addressed. This is an awesome gym based on numerous key points:1. Value: you can pay $10 a month and be able to use the facility that you signed up for. Unlimited visits. Or you can pay $20 a month and visit any youfit location, 1/2 off drinks, access to their group classes, and bring a guest every time.2. Location: it's a very central location and easy to access from multiple directions in downtown Orlando.3. Staff: they're super friendly! Even when I signed up, I didn't feel pressured at all. I was using a week pass and they let me use the facilities without hounding me to take a tour or sit down and talk. 4. Cleanliness: the bathrooms and equipment are always clean5. Selection: they have every piece of equipment whether cardio or weights and they have refrigerated drinks on site! It’s a great environment with a great staff. Everything about the experience at the YouFit on Orange Ave is what keeps me coming back. William, Katie, Luis, and Jose are friendly faces at the front desk that always greet you with a warm welcome.
