Catered our gala last night. Quality, impressive customer service from beginning to end! Favorite platters were crab cakes, chicken skewers, and caprese salad skewers. We had more pork sliders leftover than anything. Deluxe fruit and cheese platters were impressive. Thank you, Kim and George Sarris! Ate some food at a lunch catered by Yellow Bicycle. They had grilled chicken and a shrimp dish, but I decided to go meatless. The salad had grapes, apples, dried cranberries, brie cheese, and a vinaigrette and was good. I thought their macaroni and cheese was very good and tasted homemade. I was not crazy about the green beans. The hush puppies and bread were cold by the time I got to those, but that wasn't their fault. The cheesecake for dessert just tasted like it was store bought. We used YB for my mom's birthday party this weekend for lunch for about 17 people. Cathy was prompt and delightful to work with in making the order. Delivery was exactly on time...to the minute...and very helpful and friendly to set up. Made sure we were fully satisfied before he left. YB was very generous with the food portions. We worked closely with George and Kim for our wedding weekend. Â We enjoyed their catering at both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Many guests raved about the food--and we were pleased that they mixed up the selection enough that our guests on both nights didn't feel like they were repeat dishes. Â They weren't of course, but they had no idea it was the same Greek catering company! Â I look forward to working so them again in the future. More...
