This place is a vegan paradise Shelby is rare for vegan options- and good ones! Yeeros is AMAZING! We have had it more times than we can count the last year (even three times the last two weeks. ..it's THAT good!) this vegan always gets the falafel platter with garlic sauce and it is INCREDIBLE! I've tried falafel from many different places and no one has been better than yeeros. The quality, taste, texture, everything about it is perfect and I always crave it! Today I tried the lentil soup as well, which was absolutely delicious! Also tried tahini for the first time today and I absolutely loved it with the falafel. The owner is quite honestly the nicest guy in business in the area. Just found out they're starting to do catering too- how perfect for parties and all celebrations!! Seriously amazing if you want to try some yummy middle eastern food! I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Their bowls are amazing and this time around I tried the "skinny shawarma". Rest assured don't let the name fool you. The wrap is skinny but it is BIG! Lots of food to fill you up. I work next door to this place! Will say this the food is good and fresh, a lil pricey so far I've had a gyro and the other day i had a small fattosh salad 7. 99 to add chicken 1.99 very disappointed! If you're craving something quick tasty and full of flavour LOOK NO MORE! I ordered Gyro Fries extra sauce, it was so tasty, the meat tender and juicy and the fries crispy but the Feta crumbled on top was awesome, salty but creamy(I know my Feta and the owner uses a good grade of Feta Cheese here! ) all finished with a creamy white sauce that pulled it all together Yum! I also ordered the Gyro Platter(small one) it too had that same tender gyro meat, perfectly cooked yellow rice, lettuce, tomatoes, half a pita and Tzatziki sauce! The bowl was big enough for an adult serving(look at it this way small for when you're a lil hungry and the large bowl for when you're really hungry but even then you'll have leftovers! Yumm) lastly I also grabbed a falafel (I can't resist them) it was crispy outside and warm, moist and sooooo Delish inside with a perfect Tahini sauce, lastly the Baklava � where do I even begin here? Omg Crispy, nicely sweet(but not overly sweet) perfect bites of Yummyness! That is the only thing they don't make inhouse but they get the Baklava from Shatila on the Westside in Dearborn. Finally if you have a family and can't cook dinner tonight consider Yeeros! Prices are beyound reasonable, it's home cooking and finally you'll be supporting a family run business(yes that's Mama cooking in the back most times and these are her recipes!�). This a new business which I have high expectations for, come in say hi, order a meal or two(they also have Salads and soups on the menu for lighter food choices) oh btw did I mention they are Halal(Halal basicly means fresh never frozen and freshly made food) one more reason to grab a meal here! I got the large chicken platter with hummus and pita as a side. My 7 year old and I split the meal and still have some left over. It was all so good and fresh! I'm so glad I saw reviews of this place on FB and that we decided to try it. Exceptional food! We will definitely be back! (My only suggestion would be to serve the pita bread that comes with the platters with the hummus instead of the thinner pita that comes with it. The thicker pita was so much better) More...
