I chose to use Hemant's yacht as the venue for my husband's birthday party. It was a wonderful experience. Chef Hemant's food was one of the best I have had and the atmosphere of the yacht elevated the event. I am planning to book again.

I was extremely impressed with Xenia | Yaachtly. The food was amazing and service was impeccable. One thing I really liked about this Yaacht event is that you can bring your own bottles of wine or liquor without a corkage fee and you have the freedom and flexibility compared to a restaurant or fine dining. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my lifetime! Big thanks to Chef Hemant & Chef Lukas for creating such delicious dishes and immaculate vibes during our time on the Yacht! It was a beautiful day in Alameda as we boarded on a fabulous yacht. We were served 7 courses throughout our time - and ALL were memorable and unique! The chefs were so nice and personable. What’s your signature dish?
We are well versed in several cuisine, California, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Mid-Eastern, Asian - Fusion, so we do have several signature dishes from each category. Examples, based on seasonality:

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to our clients needs and requirements, and create the menus suggesting the optimal seasonal ingredients to complement the dish.
What do you love most about your job?
At our professional height, we just have fun creating amazing food that provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Watching their expression paints the perfect picture for us!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have traveled and cooked around the world and built a vast collection of experience and skill. It inspired me to start my own business so I can provide a high level of satisfaction, customer appreciation and expectation for their culinary need. We do it all!

We have the culinary experience and skill set to execute a successful event with our professional team. We are flexible and work exceptionally well with our clients to make their event the talk of the town amongst their guests.

Yes, we can connect via zoom so we can discuss with our clients their event needs. It is not necessary to meet in person for the initial consultation or two.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff are equipped to handle events wearing masks, the use of hand sanitizers and constantly wiping their work station. We take everyone's healthy seriously from our clients to our team members.
