What do you love most about your job?
I love deeply connecting with my client and becoming their ally in tackling whatever challenge has brought them to me. The most satisfying thing about my job is when during a session I see a client shift from crisis mode to calm, centered, and ready for purposeful action.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself I have the freedom to combine proven psychological techniques with spiritual tools and approaches that resonate with my client for a whole-person approach. That's hard to sell to a coaching service.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm willing to experiment with new modalities with my client to find what works best for them. I am empathic, and I connect easily to help my client feel seen and heard, without judgement. This creates the safe space to get real and get vulnerable so we can do the deep work of transformation.

All services are currently being provided remotely. A two camera system when working with visual tools allows the client to see both me and the tools.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All services are now exclusively online due to the pandemic.
Transformative Coaching
Coaching is my primary line of business. I specialize in circumstances which represent some type of crisis or turning point, whether in the spiritual or mundane world. Generally, coaching is a longer term relationship than a consultation, and may have many sessions over several months. As a coach, instead of offering advice, I help you explore the issues and generate your own solutions. I do this through powerful questioning and truth-speaking, allowing my intuition to guide me. As a certified professional coach trained through the College of Executive Coaching I practice within the boundaries of the International Coach Federation. My coaching sessions are within the more mainstream conventions of coaching, and I adhere strictly to the ethical code of the coaching profession. Where you are open to it and request it, I will integrate spiritual techniques in our coaching sessions. I also practice Metaphor Coaching in the context of creative trance and dreamwork, what I refer to as SoulWork because of its deeply transformative power.
