Wychmere Harbor Club

My husband and I just got married at Newport Beach House this past weekend, 4/9/16; we were the first wedding at the newly renovated venue. I cannot not say enough good things about it! There is literally not a single thing I would change, and I know my husband feels the same.
We originally booked our wedding at Atlantic Beach Club (the former owners and name of this venue); we fell in love with the place the minute we saw it. A little over a year ago we got a phone call informing us that Atlantic Beach Club was being purchased by Longwood Events. We were told that there would be new staff (therefore a new coordinator) and that the venue would be renovated. We were given the option to get our deposit back and rebook the wedding, since it would be different than what we had originally booked. After doing some research on Longwood Events we decided to stay with the venue; this was literally the best possible thing we could have done!
The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! When we all saw the finished product everyone's jaws dropped in seeing how beautiful it was!
The looks of the venue were only the surface of how perfect the whole event was. Our coordinator, Alicia, was above and beyond. She was quick to respond to every email and question that I had! She was so kind and made sure our every wish was met! On our wedding day our bridal attendant, Angie, was absolutely the best! She was so sweet and attentive! The food was by far the best I've had at a wedding! The timeline we made was maintained on point!
I have had so many guests compliment the food, beauty of the venue, and the amazing staff!
If anyone is looking for an absolute dream of a wedding this is the place to go! We are so lucky to have been the first couple married there, and we will have that story to tell for the rest of our lives! Thank you Alicia, Angie, and also mark for all your help!!! More...

My wife and I just got married last night and had our reception at the beach house. Being a couple who had originally booked the venue before the remodel and new ownership, we were very skeptical about it all. Finally the night came and it was more than we could have ever imagined. We are still getting compliments the next morning on how incredible the service was and the food was amazing and such a good portion. All the staff made us very relaxed and always checked in with us to make sure everything was to our expectations. We cannot thank Newport Beach House enough!!! You made our day a day to remember. I got married at Newport Beach House this past Saturday. I had mentally prepared myself for a few glitches in the day because that's what everyone tells you to do. Not ONE glitch. The entire day/night was perfect. The whole process including planning leading up to the day was seamless and easy. The event coordinators Sarah, Sam, and Ashly were attentive to detail, extremely responsive and accommodating, and overall excellent as were my 'day of' bridal attendant, Olivia and the maitre d, Ben. People have not stopped raving about the decor, ambience , and the food. The bon fire after was a huge hit with everyone and something people had never seen before. We had our wedding at Newport Beach House on 5/28/2017. It was absolutely beautiful! We used the bottom floor exclusively. The ceremony site is stunning- the new construction (including the walkway) was perfect and flows well into the expanded cocktail hour space. We could not have been happier with how the event flowed the day of. Guests could not stop commenting on the service and food (one friend said it was the best wedding food he has ever had). We worked with Samantha Pilz leading up to the event and could not have been happier. When I approached her about some of the negative reviews I had read- she went through each complaint step by step professionally and explained what NBH had done to remedy the situation. She put me at ease that she would take care of everything on the wedding day- and she could not have been more right. The space was set up perfectly and we could not have been happier with our venue. I could not be more happy with our choice in venue. I've always dreamed of getting married on the beach so I immediately fell in love with Newport Beach House the moment I saw it. However, it really is the staff that makes this venue truly amazing. Our event specialist, Julianna, made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Leading up to the big day, she responded to every crazy question we had and always made us feel at ease. Julianna even texted me photos of the decorated space the morning of the wedding! Our day-of coordinator, Ashley, was equally as amazing. She made sure I had a vodka soda at all times and organized my entire wedding party (quite the task). You expect something to go wrong the day of your wedding, but honestly, Julianna, Ashley and their team didn't allow for any mishaps.
