When we began this project internally we had no idea how much custom coding would be required for what we wanted to create. We quickly realized that no one on our team had the skills or resources to accomplish this project in-house, and started searching for reliable wordpress support that could offer high quality work with a fast turn around. I don't know about you (reader of this post) but it seems that when something goes wrong on Wordpress, it's nearly impossible to search and find clear information that will REALLY help. Lots of videos, listings and promotions for everyone's MAGIC PAID plug in (that don't really help) and all the additional plug ins (that you don't really need) and it can be hours and hours and hours of agony trying to figure it out.
