I love going to this gym. I have been a member for a while now and the front desk staff always greets me by name and is so friendly. They are always more than willing to take time and help if I have a question about a machine so I don't feel lost. The members are great. I've made a few workout buddies which helps keeps me motivated. They have machines and free weights which is nice. Being a member of a few gyms in the area and then joining Workout Anytime I can honestly say this gym is amazing. I was a member at big gyms in the area but nothing truly compares to the atmosphere and customer service here. I’m able to get in and get out quickly. Staff didn't let me know that I needed to be 18 for a guest pass and that I could use a school ID (even though I needed it for 4 days only) so when I tried to use it the next day I got told off. Then I told the guy working there I'd just sign up for a normal membership and he said no because he was the only one working there . Granted it was 7 am and staff hours start at 8 but it's still ridiculous they only have one person there at that time. And it's not as if the guy working there was polite about it either. So to sum it up, I was given wrong information by one employee then treated horribly by another. Terrible customer service, just take your money elsewhere.

I have been going there for 1 1/2 years. I have had a great experience from the staff and trainers. The place is very well kept. Lots of weights and machines to workout on. This gym is perfect because it's never busy and I get 24/7 access. By 10 o'clock at night I basically have the entire gym to myself. I used to be a member at Xsport and have to deal with a crowed gym even at night. Ever since joining workout anytime I'm able to get better workouts. They have all the same equipment as Xsport but it's newer and not as packed. I just wish they played the nuance louder but I guesss that's what headphones are for. More...

I'm a member at the Buffalo Grove location, but I figured I would let everyone know how amazing my experience at workout anytime has been. Over the past 6 months this gym has absolutely changed my life. I came to this gym weighing in over 275lbs and my body fat was over 38%. At first I was very against personal training so I literally told my trainer I was going to try it for 1 month. Long story short I haven't stopped. I have been seeing Jeremy 3x week and have lost over 40lbs and my body fat is currently sitting at 18%. I haven't felt and looked this good since I was in my twenties.

As far as the club goes this place has the best environment for a gym. The employees generally care about getting people results. Some of these reviews saying they are all about personal training is correct. 98% of people that I know that have joined a gym, either don't go or don't get results. Bottomline is i couldn't have done this without my trainer.

Next step, Jeremy and I are doing a 5k run this fall for thanksgiving. I wish I could give this place 10 stars because it has absolutely changed my life. More...

I started working out a little later in life than most people. A year and a half ago at the age of 62 I joined Workout Anytime in Naperville. Eric (my trainer) along with his whole team have been nothing short of incredible. When I started, I was taking 4 different medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol. Eric sat down with me and put together an exercise and diet program targeting my goal to be medication free. About 6 months ago we achieved that goal and much more. I have lost 20 total pounds and 12% body fat and My BP is now 120/70. If like me, you believe that it is never too late to get in shape and adopt a healthier lifestyle then Workout Anytime Naperville is definitely the place that will help you make that happen. You will be treated like family and get to work with some of the finest and most competent fitness professionals in the business.
