I ordered a tower pyramid for my daughter's birthday. She loved it!!! Elena the manager was very helpful and conscientious in taking my order (I selected many different macarons! ) and helping me. Val was also helpful. I needed it delivered and they were punctual and it arrived in good condition. Assembly was easy. Highly recommend Woops! in Short Hills! The macarons are pretty, beautifully presented in the gift boxes and delicious. I've had the kiosk in NJ experience as well as the bakery experience near the Willie B. Both were good experiences. My only quibble would be the drink menu and ordering seemed a bit chaotic and somewhat divorced from the main cashier point in the BK bakery. Any intention of adding bubble milk tea to the menu to make the bakery complete Nirvana? Please do!!!! I'd camp out here on the regular if you do ☺️��!!!! More...

My daughter and I have avoided purchasing the macarons at the stand at the Walt Whitman mall on Long Island for a long time. We just didn't think anything looked yummy or fresh or inviting. For my baby shower, I decided to go with woops for my party favors, and couldn't have been more pleased! Employees were super helpful and offered all different options to fit my wants and needs.
I opted for macaroon boxes, and they were so cute and truly delicious! Guests started opening the boxes at the table and eating them there, even though there were other desserts out and available!
There are also SO many flavors to choose from (including seasonal options), or you can make choices based on colors to match your theme. You can even do a macaroon pyramid which is a super cute option too. Between the professionalism, quality of the macaroons, and packaging, you can't go wrong with woops for any and all special occasions!

This place is the bomb diggity. On top of being super cute and trendy with its vintage-looking, white honey-comb tile that made me convulse at first sight, it also had incredible eats, as well! I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and Tai Tea Latte, snooze right? WRONG! The chai tea with added oatmeal milk tasted like Christmas in my mouth circa 1995 (don't try to guess my age. Don't do me dirty like that), and The chocolate chip cookie was as big as a barn, but trust me did not taste like one; it was thick, chewy, and home-made and I didn't even have to warm it up.
