Review of service not the food. Food was great. Appetizer was ordered and delivered. Waitress did not check to see how our app was. Had to wave her down to get napkins, which we did not get until later about 10 mins after our actual meal arrived, I had to flag down a host to get them along with silverware that should have been given when beverages were given. I ordered a tequila sunrise which tasted like pure grenadine, I told her that I no longer wanted it, bartender comes back out with a huge mug and said that he added more OJ to it, well at that point you just diluted all the liquor and still tasted like a mug of syrup. No thanks. Not impressed at all with the service here.Food was good, but if I'm going to spend 100$ somewhere for a date night with my husband I can surely think of alot better places then this. Highly doubt we will return. I received a message from a lady name Casey who apologized for the service and explained that's not how we do things here and that the server would be retrained and they would like to keep my business and have me come back and get the experience I deserve. They would send me a gift card and invite us back. Of course after that conversation nothing was ever sent. Highly disappointed with the service and even more so with the higher ups. More...

We live in the Bon Air community, we frequent Wood & Iron as we enjoy the food, drinks and staff. We have never had any problems with the service and quality of the food. This evening we were seated (my significant other, my son and myself) inside the restaurant for approximately 10 minutes, the waiter put the silverware down and stated he would be right back. We were abruptly approached by a man with a beard and blue and white checked shirt… stating the area had been reserved for a prepaid party, and if we wanted he had seating at a high top (which I have a child and sitting in the bar area is not appropriate!) or we would have to wait for an outside or inside table which included a wait of approximately 20 minutes. His mannerisms where very matter of fact and nonnegotiable when we ask for a more reasonable accommodation (he then offered a table for two when there were three of us.) We then got up and left. We dine there regularly and have never been treated like this before. We will not be back! Poor customer service not to mention this individual needs to know how to treat his customers!! More...

Failure! Tried to order online but have to sign up. No, so I called to order. The guy was rude, couldn’t hear me and had NO idea what came on the steak and cheese. I had to read it off the menu.
