How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important! Weight loss and overall psysiological health is 80% diet and 20% fitness. You aren’t what you eat, you’re the nutritional benefit of what you absorb. 
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I’ll work out with you and train you for optimal results
I’ll teach you how to increase your metabolism and make your body burn its own fat for energy
I’ll show you how to tone your muscles, increase strength and energy, strengthen your bones and feel great
I’ll listen when you tell me you can’t, and I tell you YOU CAN!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the personal interraction with my clients and helping them achieve the change they want. It’s wonderful helping people achieve their goals and watching their excitement as their dreams become reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Whole Health Coach model doesn’t exist and I wanted to give people the opportunity to combine the elements of mental health, fitness, and nutrition to achieve the goal of wellness. Those three elements of the whole health coaching model help people create change in their lives so they can stick to their goals and achieve optimal wellness. 
Why should our clients choose you?
I’ve been a life coach/therapist, personal trainer and nutrition coach for 15 years. I show my clients a lot of empathy, compassion, and support during consultations because I think it’s important for then to know we are a team and I am here to provide guidance but also to listen and understand. My goal is to help my clients feel validated and treated as an individual by customizing the whole health coaching.  I know a lot about food, metabolism, how the body uses fat for energy instead of carbohydrates, and how food timing and fitness relate for weight loss and building strength. I can help you achieve your goals and I look forward to working together as a team.

1 hr session to promote mental health-coping strategies, depression, anxiety, stress, fatigue, relationships, career, family, etc.
Personal Training
1 hr session of 1-1 training to help you achieve your fitness goals
Nutrition Coaching
Custom plan to help you achieve your personal weight loss and nutrition goals
