A friend of mine had recommended the Wiz Team to me as we both have breathing issues. I had their rep come out and explain what was going to be done in removing years of dust and debris. I liked what I’d heard so I signed on the dotted line. The Wiz Team did an outstanding job prepping my home and then cleaning all of the ductwork as I’d expected. It is so unusual to experience such consistency within a service company that I wanted to share my thoughts after having used Wiz Team for the past several years.The experience with Wiz Team begins with their office staff, Sasha and Mia. They are some of the best phone staff I have ever dealt with. They are professional, courteous and their willingness to accommodate my scheduling requests was impressive. They made courtesy calls both to confirm appointments and to give the window of time in which to expect service. I was also impressed by the fact that part of Wiz Team’s service includes an in-home estimate and explanation of the services to be provided. I had several sofas that needed cleaning and I was concerned about the cleaning process that would be used. The other cleaning services that I contacted were unwilling to come to my home for an estimate - a basic phone estimate was all they wanted to offer. Wiz Team’s George Smile came out, assessed the fabric content of my sofas and gave me an extremely detailed explanation of the methods he would use for each fabric type to insure the best clean, while safeguarding the integrity of the fabric content. His knowledge of current cleaning technologies and equipment and the science behind the clean, coupled with the wealth of experience he has in the industry completely sold me on using Wiz Team.The service technicians, Gus and Mark were professional, courteous and amazingly attentive to detail. They wore booties and had me check on their progress as they worked, as I had several problem areas. They obviously took pride in their work and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the results of their efforts.I was so pleased with their service that I again called Wiz Team for an estimate on cleaning my wool carpet, area rugs and upholstered dining room chairs. Again, George came out, assessed the fabric of the chairs and area rugs and explained how they would clean these, as well as the wool carpet. Two years later, we just completed a kitchen remodeling, hardwood floor refinishing and installation of new hard wood floors in our family room. I couldn’t wait to call Wiz Team for carpet cleaning. To my delight, Sasha informed me that they also clean duct work. He came to my home and spent an hour with me explaining their process, showing me a video of the equipment they use and gave me an estimate. George Smile came with a crew of 3; Mark, Tony and Carlos. Once again, they were all professional, courteous and amazingly attentive to detail. Their duct work cleaning process was incredibly thorough and required about 6 hours to complete. I recently moved into a larger house that had several porcelain tile floors and a fireplace with a stonework facade. I wanted to have a fresh start before moving in and one of the items on my checklist was to see to cleaning the tile floors. This time it was upholstery cleaning for our living room & dining room furniture. The guys arrived on-time as indicated by their call that morning indicating they were on their way. Only remote service we do provide is oriental and area rugs cleaning service. We provide pick up & delivery service, or our clients can drop off their rug(s), or we can arrange to have their rugs shipped to and from our rugs studio for cleaning.
However, for all other cleaning and restoration services we do not provide online or remote service, since those cleaning and restoration service, unfortunately cannot be provided in such manner.
