Personal Trainers

I knew instantly I connected with Ben. He was the only trainer that texted me outside of sending me information (website) and eMail responding to my request. We jumped on the phone. He explained his program, what to expect, gave me some suggestions, and was very positive and optimistic that I'd get my health back! I have my introduction session with him tomorrow. I've been documented my food as he suggested. I ordered a Fit Bit band, and I've hired him to train me twice a week to start. I am MOST GRATEFUL to how understanding and gentle he was with me. I lost my husband to suicide and so now it's time to get my body back in shape. When I told him I hadn't exercised in 5 years trying to save my husband, his compassion came thru authentically. Dieting is where it is at, I tell this to my clients every single day. If you want the abs they are made in the kitchen. This is a very crucial part to personal training with me and one of the determining factors to whether you are successful or not. Healthy eating should become a lifestyle for a life long enjoyable routine.

Have you ever heard of the narrative arc? This is crucial in life and plays a massive role in how we succeed. We all face a problem and it is causing us to not be satisfied with our health whether that is physically, mentally, internally etc.. We all need a hero or a pro that can come in and take charge assisting us in our health and wellness and "Reclaim our health". That is why you have taken the first step and sought out help from a trainer and that is why I am here to assist you and help you accomplish the reason you came here.

Nutrition is key, Nutrition is about 70% while what you do in the gym is 30%. We can put all the work in at the gym but you won't see the results as well without the nutrition behind it. Secondly having the desire to be different and change is the secret and the reason why you came here. Lastly is a support system and a coach or trainer that has a positive impact on your life and will go above and beyond to see you succeed which is probably why you are searching out a trainer that fits your desires and goals. I get the opportunity to wake up every single day and be the positive and encouraging person in someones life that needs this more than i do. I get to be the direct reason that someone sees themself lose weight, gain muscle, and fix the issues they have going on in their life.

I have always wanted to be of service to the people around me. I have always taken charge of my health and had the desire to be physically fit. It Keeps me going everyday that i get to be the change and impact on someones life that they need. I grew up always wanting to be of service to the lives around me which drew me to why i started my business.

I have been in the business for several years and have proven results. I have a very personal gym studio that takes out the shy and scared feeling most people have about walking into a big gym. I go above and beyond to counsel with my clients and work on more than just the physical aspect of life. We work on the physical, mental, emotional, and internal side of things to make sure you are the best possible version of yourself that you can be. I want to help you "Reclaim your health"

Services

In the first initial assessment the nutrition and body analysis will be done. This allows me to program your diet intake and deficit for weight loss. This will follow a macros plan and I will prescribe you your plan of what to eat and how much to assist in the weight loss. This macros plan I have for people puts them at roughly 6-8 lbs of weight loss a month from just dieting, that doesn't include the workout portion that we do

When it comes to your personal fitness it can be hard knowing what to do or what to program for yourself. Even worst it’s hard to motivate yourself. Personal training works because all the programming and science are thrown out of it and left to me to do. You simply show up and I’ll make sure of if that everything else gets taken care of.

What’s better than one... multiples of people of course. When it comes to group training go and find your 2 or 3 best friends or family members and let’s knock out the workout as a whole! Group training is more encouraging and more cost efficient to all the members included.
