I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and those engaged in non-traditional relationships. The clients I work with are invested in creating the life and relationships they deserve! They are seekers of their own truths and are relentless explorers of themselves and the world around them. If you find yourself curious about your own motivations and want to find new ways to relate to yourself and your environment, I believe we can do beautiful work together.

I would describe my approach as collaborative, inclusive, and affirming. To me, there is no one size fits all therapy. I believe that by creating a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with my clients, they can discover the tools within themselves to create meaningful change.
