We all loved our visit here. Beautiful location, with great views from up on a hill. Very comfortable, relaxed tasting room with friendly, knowledgeable service, even a well behaved Lab that likes to nap next to you while you sip wine. The wines are exceptional and reasonably priced. My experience with Kirra Krussman at Platform Realty was both confusing and upsetting. I was interested in leasing one of two retail spaces in the Platform 14 building (Kirra was subleasing her own office space, the other was an empty space in the building leased by the building itself). After speaking with the broker for the building, she advised that if I wanted to hear more about Kirra's space, I would have to speak to her directly. I did and upon further discussion she advised that she was leaning toward subleasing to another, but that she thought my ideas for the space were great + she advised she had negotiated leases for other tenants in Platform 14 - and that she would love to help me complete a Letter of Intent for the vacant space in the building. She told me the landlord would pay her fee so I simply would have to send over necessary personal & financial information and she would get a Letter of Intent over to the landlord. She set up a secured folder for me to upload all my sensitive and personal information, complete a PowerPoint with 3D model & business plan for the space. We were in communication for a week while I completed the necessary paperwork and compiled my portfolio. I asked her if she had been in contact with the landlord to advise that I wanted the space and would be submitting the Letter of Intent, she stated that she was in contact with multiple brokers from Platform 14. Upon spending several days to complete this entire portfolio for her, uploading to the secured folder she created, she never responded back to me. After four days of no contact with multiple attempts to reach out (text, phone, email) I contacted the broker for Platform 14, who, surprisingly, had never heard from Kirra about my intent to lease the space.. furthermore, the day after my initial conversation with Kirra someone had put an offer on the space and were in active negotiation. Now I was really confused and wondered why a tenant broker would sabotage a prospective lessee, the only explanation I can think is that she wanted to delay my submission of a Letter of Intent - for whatever reason. Her antics cost me an amazing space and many hours of time completing the necessary paperwork and creating a portfolio for the space. I will be reporting this incident to the Oregon Real Estate Agency and the BBB. Do not work with her or this company, they are completely unprofessional and will likely just waste your time! More...

The guys were fantastic. Any requests I made were immediately address in the most professional manner. I love my house now. Neither my husband nor myself have had respiratory issues like before we had Terra Firma seal our foundation and add the dehumidifier. So glad we chose to visit this family owned vineyard. The owner and his daughter were on site and shared stories with us about how each field came about. We booked the wine tasting and was surprised to be one of the only people there. The views from the porch are great with a breeze. The wine ambassador was great to talk to, very professional, friendly and taught us so much more than we were expecting. The wines were some of my favorite I’ve tried, definitely worth the visit. Terra Firma is a great company. We live in Brookings Oregon and it took a little while to schedule what we needed done. Kara in customer service project manager kept me informed month-to-month when scheduling would be done. They showed up on time very professional great attitude work ethics and clean up I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any foundation needs of any sort. With a water floored basement, we contacted Terra Firma to locate the water source which they did in no time. They explained, in detail, what would be done to fix the problem and went to work. They were respectful of our furnishings covering to protect them from limited dust. They were professional and the project was completed on time. They were good workers. A couple things they were going to do I had to correct. They hadn’t gotten a permit to enlarge the sump pump pipe at the street curb. Because of that they wanted to instead tie into my existing downspouts. I said “no way.” The downspouts are already maxed out when rains are heavy. It got resolved with the permit eventually. They left some construction decree that I had to hall to the dump. More...

The project was completed as described and the crew very professional. The cost I think, was reasonable. The only thing that was not clear after the initial assessment and explanation of the project was that not only would the drywall would be removed, but also the framing studs and floor plate. Although they did a good job of raising my concrete porch where it had sunk, the price was in the thousands for what essentially was drilling holes in concrete and squirting “great stuff”, which you can buy for cheap at hardware store to raise the slab. This company needs competitors. Two hours work max should not cost $2300.00! More...
