We are so happy with the purchase of our new front door! Gary came out and helped us choose the proper door for our home. After a couple of different bids we went with Windows and Beyond not only because it was a better bid but because it was also backed by professionalism, quality, and an experienced team . We had a personal situation happen and Gary and his team were able to install our door earlier than our appointment date in order to accommodate our needs. They did an excellent job on the installation, especially because our old doors and frame weren't in the best condition. We had an old window in our bedroom that needed to be replaced.  After he took a quick look, Gary gave very professional opinions with a reasonable quote.  We ended up having all 5 of our upstairs windows replaced since they were all old, and it made more economical sense.  The installation was on time, efficient, and professional as well.  We were very much impressed by Gary and his business and would recommend him to anyone who's looking for window replacement. After receiving several bids, I decided to go with Windows & Beyond. Gary Collins changed my life!!! He installed a new sliding glass door and bathroom window in a day. On top of that, my bathroom remodel is absolutely gorgeous!!!  He made sure that I understood everything that was going to take place and even better... he made sure that my home was still livable while the construction was underway. Gary Collins is amazing. I am a representative for ADT home Alarm Services and had a customer that was broken into while they were on vacation. Their front glass door was shattered and left wide open after the burglary. I had them reach out to Gary at Windows and Beyond. He was very responsive! Not only did he head right out there to assist them with a replacement estimate, but he even went so far as to help them secure the door from any further entry. I was amazed when they told me this. I also stopped by his showroom shortly after that. Unfortunately I missed Gary because he was out at a clients home. The showroom was beautiful and immaculate. This review is for the estimate stage only.  We are still meeting with other companies for bids but regardless of whether we end up going with Windows & Beyond or not, I wanted to leave this 5-star review for the positive experience we've had so far. We've been meeting with a lot of tradespeople lately since we just bought a house that needs a ton of work.  Most have been prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable, everything you tend to take for granted until you meet somebody lacking.  But only a select few have been what I consider a real pleasure to meet--something that goes beyond just the professional.  Both Gary and Miguel are 2 such people.We have 2 windows that need to be enlarged and an opening for a door that needs to be cut and framed.Gary came by for the initial appointment. He is so personable and genuine.  I liked him immediately. He was of course helpful as well and offered us options with our windows that we didn't know existed.  It's hard to explain the "vibe" you get when meeting somebody new, but I just felt completely comfortable with him.  Sort of a favorite uncle feeling.Miguel came for the 2nd appointment to get more exact measurements and details of the project.  I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Miguel myself but my husband told me, "I really liked him."  He almost never says that. Gary had told me that after Miguel's visit, he would have a quote ready for us within a couple of days.  Well, let me tell you that almost every tradesperson says that and it almost never happens within the promised time frame.  Sometimes it doesn't happen at all.  Not so with Windows & Beyond. Miguel stopped by yesterday and today Gary called with the estimate.  It was on par with most of the other estimates we've received so far.Undoubtedly, Gary & Miguel are everything you would expect in a professional.  Where I feel they shine beyond many others is their warmth.  They make you feel like they genuinely want to be there and to help you, that they actually like you and it's not just "a job" to them.  (I'm not saying they really did like us, I'm just saying they made us feel like they did.) The process from start to finish was easy. Gary the owner explains the process, writes up a detailed estimate, shows you exactly what you are getting and makes professional recommendations from his years of experience. We just got our windows installed and the installer was a true professional and it showed with his attention to detail. We are looking forward to having them back to our home to install more windows.
