I have been training with Wil for years. When we all had to transition to virtual, he stepped it up. He has a great 30 minute program. Great full body and cardio and he really knows how to maximize the time together for maximum impact. More...

I provide accountability, an effective and safe exercise program focused around my clients goals. I create a positive and supportive environment. I’m honest with my clients about their goals and what it’ll take to reach them so they’ll have realistic expectations.

I love helping my clients get healthier more fit and reach their goals. Helping my clients realize a healthier LIFESTYLE that’s sustainable for them.

Last year (2020) during the pandemic I realized I can help my clients better at home or virtually. It helps my clients be more consistent in their workouts. It also allows me more insight into their habits at home so I can better help them overcome those challenges “in the kitchen”.

I take the time to listen to each clients needs and wants and provide a custom program for each one. I don’t promise a quick easy path. I’m honest about what it’ll take and explain in a way that’s easy to understand.

Yes absolutely! In fact I specialize in virtual and in home training only.

Maintaining 6 feet of distance. Wearing a mask if my clients prefer. Washing my hands frequently. Most importantly staying healthy and fit myself to avoid getting sick in the first place.
