Individual Personal trainer. I will make sure you are doing each workout correctly and that you are doing a full range of motion. No half reps, especially on doing squats and pushups of any kind, and if you are that person, then I'm not the trainer for you.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I really care about people. I will help push and motivate my clients to achieve their fitness goals, and if not I would feel like I have failed them even if I’m not always there to support them through every day life.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, you really just need to work really hard and stop all the justifications and excuses of why it’s not getting done.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the excitement of a client getting results and knowing that I was apart of helping them achieve that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Besides love working out. Knowing and feeling how it is going through life physically better because of taking care of yourself is such a great thing, I always love sharing that and would love to help others have that same feeling as well.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will help them in any way necessary, I will become the trainer they really need me to be, weather it’ll be a trainer that will go easy with them step by step, or a hard one that really pushes them. I would also like to stay in contact with them even when I’m not there giving them a session.
