My goal for every client is to get the desired results in a maximum of four sessions. However, if every client is different and some traumas or issues can persist for decades, how can four sessions be a sensible goal?

Because traumas, habits, and phobias don’t reside in the logical part of the brain, we now know that we no longer have to rely on arduous and drawn-out methods that are cognitively based and can take years to yield results.

We now understand that the Limbic Brain is the gateway to the subconscious mind which is not bound by the constraints of space-and-time. Plus, we now know that because all psycho-emotional issues reside in the emotional part of the brain and not the logical part, we can now effectively deal with issues in a fraction of the time that it takes the cognitive brain to wrestle with issues that it was never designed to resolve in the first place.
