I've been taking a 7th grade class on our class trip from Winston-Salem to Charleston for the past five years. Wild blue is a highlight for many of the students. The staff his highly trained and the kids get to challenge themselves in ways they could never do in the classroom. I'd recommend it to any large group looking for a fun and educational experience. Good service kid friendly very expensive for a little thing it's stupid cause you have to take a class for a huge course and the class is like 15 minutes and 5 mins to heat up

Really cool place. We went with a boy scout troop. They had a blast. The course goes up as high as 3 stories and has several different skill levels. The kids climbed all over for a couple of hours and still didn't complete every obsitcle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have a cold water cooler out, but bring your own cup or bottle to fill as needed for free. They also sell snacks and drinks inside. Bring your own gloves if you think you will need (our kids did fine without). You can get gloves there but there is a $5 cost. Place was clean and well kept. Great adventure for all ages. Locally and family owned/operated ropes course. They had a lot of obstacles and even a Ninja Fit course, which is similar to Ninja Warrior type exercises. Really fun, but the time we went was really hot and human, so was unable to fully enjoy it due to early exhaustion. We brought a 20, 13 and 7 year old for the 2 hour course. The youngest was very frightened at first, but the staff spent a lot of time with her helping her to get over her fears and she eventually went on to do the guided course all on her own and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed it!!

I had been meaning to go to Wild Blue Ropes for awhile. I kept seeing it and have been wanting to try it. And so I grabbed a friend and we went. First thing I'd like to say, is that upon check in, they offer free gloves. Get them, use them. Some people say you don't need them but if you have soft amazing hands like me (lol) you will want them. Also, bring water! They sell drinks as well so if you don't have anything, you can buy a drink. But you will need something to drink. Especially on a hot day. The employees were super friendly and fun. After a quick lesson and putting on the harness with one of the staff, we climbed pretty much all day. We got the package where you can go wherever, and that we did. I think we were there for about 3 hours. Even though I was exhausted, I still wanted to climb and play. It was such a good experience with tons of obstacles that go from easy to hard. The employees are there to keep you safe and try to encourage you to solve your own problems. I got stuck on the hardest obstacle and the staff just told me how to fix it. They'll rescue you if need be, but I like that they want you to do it yourself. I will be back! Thank you Wild Blue Ropes! More...

We had a beautiful time last night! My husband and i along with 3 others couples took advantage of their fun couples night! I was quite surprised that i could do the course to the level that I did. That doesn't mean it's easy..... it is not! They just do a fabulous job giving you pointers on ways you can do it with help from wires and ropes, etc. Then when you get better at it you can advance to doing it handfree or just using the necessary apparatuses without the wire! Really ingenious motivation!! Also, they have much more challenging parts that I did not even venture into YET!! But because of the way they the course I am motivated to continue. It was also quite inspiring to see so many working together and laughing and building strength. And THE STAFF! They were amazing and helpful and fun! Really top notch business!! More...

The Annual Pass has been the best investment for my girls (4 and 6) and I. It’s only March and we have already been here at least 10 times and their confidence is growing every time! This was my first trip to Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park and it was truly unforgettable. We booked a private event from 6 - 9 PM last night with 10 people and Hugh, the owner was incredible. Our private event started out with an hour of team building activities and ended with 2 hours on the ropes course as the sun was setting. It was such a fun, challenging, team building experience. Hugh was knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and helpful in every way. I'm so glad to have met him and been able to visit this establishment that he's created for the community to enjoy. I highly recommend coming here for any and all occasions! The best advice I can give is to wear comfortable workout clothing and to have good grips on your tennis shoes. More...

This place was AH-MAZING!!! I cannot day enough good things about it. The staff was so friendly and encouraging during the course. My family and I went and my youngest who is five had a great time. She was nervous at first but the owner, Hugh encouraged me that she would go multiple times. I was skeptical at first but she did. There were no complaints except for when it was time to go. A great beginners course and introduction to rope obstacles. The male staff was super friendly and helpful (the female staff could use some people skills, will just yell at you instead of educating you). The owner/Manager (I think) was super passionate and cared about his guests. We had a blast, but will look for a bigger more challenging course next time. Great first experience with an adventure of this nature. Highly recommend it if you're looking for something fun to do on your vacation. Phenomenal experience!!Kids 10 & 12 loved it and scurried all around the course.They have it setup like a ski mountain with Green (easy) Blue (harder) and Black Hardest. Crazy cool safety harness system to click in and move around.You choose what path you take.The auto belay down from the second level was a leap of faith at first but an awesome gentle ride down to the ground.Megan our Trainer/Guide was fantastic and climbed with us, passing tips along the way and helping face fears on the hard ones.Definitely takes you out of your comfort zone but you come out stronger because of it. Kids talked my wife and I into hOwner (didn't get his name) was a great guy-checking in with us a few times to see how things are going.You can tell he loves what he does.Thanks Wild Blue, we'll be back!
