AMAZING Health Club! After what feels like years of searching for the right gym to help with my weight loss and health goals I am forever grateful for finding this gym. I did the 6 week challenge, and it was great! The classes were always fun, engaging, and doable and it was great to have the support of the Whole Health team. A really wonderful group of people who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle beyond workouts and it's so inspiring to be in this welcoming community. WHC is great!! While the nutritional aspect and access to a clash 24/7 was really appealing - my motivation behind joining was the group classes, coaches and “team mentality”. The work outs were great, the other people working out were great and so were the coaches. By week 2 all the coaches knew my name and welcomed me in each time. They provide constructive support throughout the workout to ensure you’re exercising properly and hitting the target areas — these things would never happen in a nationwide gym. 5/5 stars for Whole Health Club!! I took the 6 week challenge that whole health club offers. I first met with Sam and immediately felt welcome; and as I was going through my first week I met other coaches I just felt more and more at ease. Through the time I spent here I was able to not only expand my knowledge of the gym and working out but also nutrition. WHC is a truly amazing place and no ordinary gym. From the minute I stepped foot in the door the positivity and energy were a fresh breath of air from all the other cookie cutter gyms! The cooking classes they offer and extremely knowledgeable trainers and staff helped me lose over 20lbs in 6 weeks and completely changed the way I view health overall! I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend WHC to anyone who is struggling with their health, or just want to belong to an awesome organization. 2 short months ago I was sad, sick, and just downright depressed. Whole Health Club is an excellent spot. The staff is super friendly, they have a kitchen in the gym where they teach you to cook (! ), and their group workout classes are KILLER (in a good and challenging way!). I didn’t realize that their nutrition plan was basically vegan until after I’d signed up for the six week challenge. Having spent the better part of a decade figuring out how to eat with food/gut/blood sugar issues, I didn’t go vegan, but I did still receive some support from their in-house nutritionist on how to tailor their plan to meet my needs. I’m not continuing with WHC because they don’t yet offer mid-day classes - my only complaint! - but I’m really going to miss the community. THAT is really saying something from an introvert like me! The Six Week Challenge is fantastic! I usually hate going to the gym because I don't know what I'm doing, but the group fitness classes and repeated class structure gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to finally commit to a goal. Throw the nutrition side in, and the Challenge can't be beat! The meal plan and cooking classes are incredibly valuable by themselves - plus delicious! I've been trying to eat healthier and incorporate a more plant-based diet for years, but the meal plan finally gave me the tools to do it. I joined the 6 week challenge as I needed to do something different to jump start my weight loss. The staff is always so friendly and courteous, regardless of your fitness level they work with you and getting the most out the work outs! This was my first time ever to join a gym and I am glad I decided to give WHC a try. I was able for the first time ever to achieve a weight loss goal that was set for myself. I participated in the Whole Health 6 Week Challenge. First of all, the entire team is extremely kind and welcoming. Shout out to Ted, Carrisa, Cayla and Kayla! ! If I am being 100% honest, I was disappointed in the nutrition program recommendations. Prior to starting the 6 week challenge and paying a deposit (they work hard and need to know you're invested - this deposit is 100% refundable if you stay committed and meet the contractual mutual agreement that you set at the initial meeting - don't let this be a deterrent!!) I had inquired about the nutrition and was told that I would be going over that in a separate meeting - which we did, however, I interpreted it as 100% plant based. For someone that has not had a great relationship with food, this reminded me of other various "diets" I have tried in the past vs. healing my relationship with food. I made modifications and ended up losing 19lbs. It was a little intimidating going to the workouts - let's just say the trainers are amazing at helping with modifications and so incredibly supportive and positive. If you are looking for a place to start or to be challenged - please do yourself a favor and give this gem a go! More...

This gym continues to offer every tool needed to change your self and not to be skinny but be the best you and when you don’t feel your best they are a complete guide on your personal journey for me they are a my family I have modified workouts when I just ask I have healthy food support and always a new challenge - I can not say enough about this gym community- I did challenge and lost my 15 pounds in 5 weeks and knew this is my community- amazing

WHC is not just a gym...its a kitchen, it's a support center, it's a safe place to ask questions, you get a great non intimidating supervised workout and it's a family!
