What inspired you to start your own business?

In a technology-dependent economy, small-medium sized businesses have difficulty retaining a steady flow of revenue due to branded corporations taking huge chunks of their revenue for providing world-class service. We thought why not extend white-glove services to SMBs for a fraction of the branded cost while giving 1 on 1 attention.
