WHITE RICE CHEF CONSULTING LLC

I was turned on to Frank’s Market by a good friend. I checked out his website and it was so enticing that I had to order more than a few empanadas. Lol. Shortly after, I received a call from Chef Frank himself. He introduced himself and asked me if I wanted my order today? I couldn’t believe that he wanted to deliver the order and meet us. He came over and we instantly felt that he is one of the nicest chefs that I have ever met. He’s very personable and caring. We just heated some of his empanadas and we love them. They are so beautiful and flaky. They come packed with lots of goodness and you can tell that much care was taken when they were made. My 91 year old father who was born in Puerto Rico thought they were excellent too! We can’t wait for this pandemic to end so we can have parties again with our family and friends. His menu is very diverse and delectable. We want to try everything. We will definitely ask Frank to cater our next joyful gathering! More...
