Our 1 year old puppy Sabastian absolutely loves going to Whiskers every week for daycare. We are very pleased with the care he receives and how clean the facility is. Having our puppy go to Whiskers not only helps us out, but offers Sabastian the wonderful opportunity to socialize/interact with other dogs and people which he loves. My dog LOVES daycare here. He is always so excited to go play with the staff. They seem to treat him very well, and they know him by name even though he is only there once a week. He can be a crazy dog so I am grateful that they are so patient with him, and give me a report on how he did when I pick him up. Staff is always very kind, and genuinely seen to like both their jobs and animals. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about Whiskers. Would recommend hands down. More...

We just picked up our Henry after a 6 day stay. It was our first time leaving him anywhere (he is 9months) and we are so pleased with his, and our experience. The daily updates were awesome and helped relieve some anxiety about leaving our precious boy. We love Whiskers! The entire staff is so friendly and it's so clean and dog ready. Our groomer is Susan, who is fantastic with goldens. She is kind, patient and genuinely cares about our dogs. Our older Golden is quite timid but loves Susan and allows her to groom her beautifully. The whole staff seems to genuinely love animals and we are very comfortable leaving our dogs here. More...

I have been taking Zoey here since I got her she’s now 6months old the first day we walked in I had to pick her up to get her thru that door now she runs through and happily greets everyone ❤️she loves it here! Rigby came for his first visit and groom today and I couldn’t be more happy with how both he and I were treated. From the moment we walked in the front desk workers were super attentive, as was the woman who came to bring him in back. I have been taking my border collie, Lucky, to Whiskers for day care, boarding and grooming for almost a year now and we LOVE it. All the staff is fantastic and has been so kind and caring with Lucky while we work through some behavior issues. I take my chocolate lab to Whiskers regularly. They take great care of her when boarding for a couple nights in there clean and tidy facility. We also use them for her grooming, and lately, we have been requesting Brittanie to take care of her. Maya always comes back to us looking immaculatment and smelling fantastic! Huck loved his stay at Whiskers this past week! He even whined and looked out the back window as we drove away. They staff was super friendly, and I know he was in good hands while we attended a wedding in Grand Rapids - I only wish they had one where we were from so he could go more often! :)

Whiskers is a great place for boarding. Our two dogs LOVE going there. They're happy when we drop them off and happy when we pick them back up. And if the need a bath or nail trimming, that can all be done while they're boarded there. Even though Whiskers has expanded recently, they still get booked up for holidays and school breaks, so schedule early for these times. If you don't, they always have a waiting list, and we've frequently gotten in by putting our names on the list. Our two dogs usually share a porch or suite, so they like that and it costs less. It also gives them more room to move around. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's pricey, but we still think it's worth the cost. More...

I have bringing Lulu to Whisker's for almost 9 years. It's like they grew up together. As a new dog Mom it was comforting watching Lulu walk through the front doors and not look back to me in fear. The staff at Whisker's are like family and it shows in how they care for your pets. When Rosie joined our family she also transitioned easily. We have been using Whiskers for grooming, boarding, and occasional day care for a year. They are kind and flexible, and they always listen to my concerns. The last time Scout was boarded, I had a lot of special instructions regarding medication, food, and playtime because of a recent attack by a loose dog in our neighborhood. We love Whiskers!!! My six month old puppy Sadie has been going to daycare once a week for a few weeks now. Sadie LOVES it, and as I type this now she is snoring on my lap. (I love how tired she is when she comes home!) She seems to have a great time there, and I love how much attention she gets from the staff! It's obvious they care a lot about their animals. As a first time puppy mom, I was nervous about leaving her somewhere at first, but I no longer am. Brought my 6 mth old rescue puppy to Doggie daycare. I was worried if the kennel environment would freak her out. She loved it meeting and playing with the people and other dogs. Passed out in back seat on way home (and all night) and next morning waited at back door for me to take her again. She gets there in the morning all excited and ready to play. Whiskers was such a great experience! I booked a two night stay in one of their suites for my mini dachshund. Everyone was so friendly, professional and organized. We had a little mixup on dates for boarding and my dog's bath and brush wasn't going to be complete prior to picking him up. Misty has been grooming my Bernese Mountain dog and Newfoundland for a few years and all I can say is Misty is the absolute BEST! ! She is very detail oriented and always knows how I want them groomed. I had waited too long in between grooming my Newfoundland "boyfriend" Martin and his fur was a mess to put it mildly. Instead of just doing what she thought was best Misty took the time to call me and asked/explained how she wanted to groom Martin. Not only did I appreciate the call but Misty did an outstanding job! My Bernese Holly is 13 1/2 yrs old and the last time Misty groomed Holly she lovingly and patiently took into account Holly's age and health issues. Misty went at Holly's speed. Misty is the most dedicated and talented groomer in the area! She has a beautiful and subtle way of connecting with animals.❤️ The customer service at Whiskers is outstanding! When we got our puppy Captain the first two things I looked into were a good Vet and a good overnight Kennel. When I heard about Whiskers and their partnership with VCA I got the best of both worlds. Now when I need to leave my dog in someones elses care for a weekend or even just a day I can have peace of mind he's in the best of hands. (I think he likes hanging out here more than with me!) As crazy a mess as my Pomeranian was, Whiskers Pet resort did an awesome job in a reasonable time and a fair price. I defiantly recommend them for grooming services.
