Dan is very passionate and knowledgeable about training and fitness, and it really shows through with each session. He really takes the time to get to know individual strengths and weaknesses. He even identified an issue in my shoulder that I didn’t even know about, and immediately began forming a plan to correct it. I never leave a session feeling like he didn’t give his full effort. Dan's past struggles with his health have molded him into a real fighter that takes pride in beating the odds. Since I started training with him, my endurance has gone through the roof and I already feel like a new man. He's been able to customize a routine that I can do at home without having to try to get the gym with my hectic schedule. All while halfway across the country from my trainer. Q&As

I do individual assessments with each client and no "cookie-cutter" programs or 30-day challenges. Each program is designed for the individual. Most people have specific weak and strong areas that must be taken into account to set up long-term success and results. I focus on injury prevention and since results typically don't happen overnight, while working towards the long-term goal, I look to have my clients be able to achieve something on every workout they couldn't do the previous one. Every workout is a win and an accomplishment. I am also instructional so when you want to workout without me, you have the knowledge to do so confidently and be able to make progress on your own.

Consistency and dedication. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. Fitness is an evolution and not something that happens overnight. Having someone who supports you and has been through it themselves, who can put themselves in your shoes, goes a long way as well.

Helping people live better lives. Everyone has different reasons for improving their physical health and they're all important. Seeing people achieve that better quality of life, confidence, and general happiness is very rewarding. Also, I'm a pretty outgoing person and enjoy getting to know my clients personally, and we get to have fun while working out!

Take a look at the transformation I had to go through after my coma in August of 2017. I had to rebuild my body from scratch so I understand how to undertake and achieve large transformations, which allows me to be able to empathize with my clients and put together programs based off of my own real-life experience. I'm also instructional, and been told I have a fun and humorous personality. I want you to achieve your goals but have fun doing it.
