I just got some new ropes, and included in the package were brochures for other stuff WSP sells. My wife is Police Reserve and when I saw the Tactical Training catalogue, I had to laugh and appreciate. She is on the board and will take it to the next meeting. Such fun stuff. Those junior cadets will freak when attacked with a 22” wrench! Also, I ride a unicycle and on the website saw a circus bike that I could probably do something on the first day I owned it. I love the breadth of what this company is offering. I’m having ideas now I’d not have had. Thanks for that! More...

I have ordered several props from these guys. Top notch products that came in great condition when they were promised. Good communication too.
When the the normal color of a storage bag for trick ropes was out of stock, they called me to let me know about it and what other options there were. They didn't email about it, or just ship a substitution, they called right away. They have produced some amazing props that were made for the working professional. If it does not meet their standards, they won't sell it.
I hope to see their showroom and visit these good folks in person next time I am out West.

Had to leave a quick review. Just got off the phone with Christine over at the shop. Well I ordered a certain product last night, today I get a call from them that that particular product is on back order.
However, and this shows not only superior customer service but serious technical knowledge of the product, they have another product which is near identical, or the same product in a different color. They offered to ship out my choice immediately. I happened to choose the similar product which so happened to be a bit more expensive. They covered the additional cost and were so awesome about everything.
My conclusion is this: customer service is amazing, and even more impressive is the product knowledge. Will definitely shop again. Thanks Christine!
