I ordered flowers from telefloral the Snowy Sleigh Tree (Premium) and John's Riverside Florist is the florist that was selected for the order. I ordered on Dec. 11, 2020 paid extra for delivery on the 19th for my 30th wedding anniversary to surprise my wife. The delivery never arrived on the 19th, I called at 5pm and was told it was out for delivery, by 10 pm it never arrived. They show up at the door Sunday morning at 9:30am which a bouquet of flowers in a plastic container. I told the delivery man that was not what I ordered and showed him a picture and he agreed that it must have been a mistake. They came back hours later with another bouquet of flowers in a sleigh. But the bouquet of flowers looked nothing like the premium flowers that I ordered nor did it resemble a snowy tree full of red & white flowers as what was advertised. I got a couple of Roses and mostly carnations. It certainly was not the arrangement I was expecting for $100 and I refused that delivery as well. I showed the driver what it was sized to look like and why I refused delivery for the 2nd time and still no explanation why it wasn't delivered on the date it was supposef to delivered. After seeing these reviews I felt it necessary to post mine because clearly this is how they conduct business. I wish I had a choice of florist and I called telefloral to let them know that they shouldn't use this place any longer. I sent photos to them so that they got to see that what they tried to do. I ordered an arrangement for my girl friend that was delivered to the wrong address due to a miscommunication the next day I called and explained I hadn’t received the delivery John immediately sent another delivery took the first off the bill and then the next day sent a second arrangement as an apology ! Horrible !!!! The picture with the purple vase is what I ordered,,, The other picture is what I received. Then they ask me if I would like a card with it , I said yes it’s our wedding anniversary, . . the picture is the card my wife received!!! Nice Right !!! More...

Order was placed to be delivered on a Friday by 4:00 for a party. Was not delivered. Came home late Sunday they were sitting on my porch. Half of them were dead. Price was $100. No satisfaction from owner. I would not use again. More...

What we ordered vs what we received. John is blatantly ignoring all of my mom’s calls. She spoke with Betty, his secretary or girlfriend or whomever, and stated that the reason we didn’t get what we ordered is because their florist shop doesn’t get enough money from the sale. my daughter Had flowers delivered for my granddaughter for Valentine’s Day. Had to redeliver. 3:30 pm on a Saturday . Looks like it was thrown together. Awful job. Gapping spots of fuller. Not pretty or cohesive. One side full. One cheap flowers. Never again. Absolutely horrible. Definitely not worth $70. Shop Rite florist is much better for $20. Disgrace More...
