Jackie and her team were fantastic to work with! Extremely well organized, always available by Phone/email/text to respond to any random questions we had, and got us some great deals with vendors that would have ended up costing us a lot more if we had done it ourselves. My biggest reason for a five star review is because of her thoughtfulness even in the chaos of the reception. My dad came down with COVID a few days before the wedding and was unable to make the trip. Jackie personally video-called my dad at multiple times during the reception so he could be a part of things (speeches, first dance, cutting, etc.). That meant a lot to both me and my dad. Jackie also even snagged me a bottle of liquor (Woodford Rye) from my "signature cocktail" because they were almost out of it and she wanted to make sure I got all that I wanted... it was like an extra wedding present! I was skeptical about using a wedding planner at first, but I am extremely happy about our experience and would recommend Jackie and her team to anyone that has a wedding on the horizon. More...

Wedding Story has a great selection of rental dresses and offers services to help find vendors and assist with wedding planning. I was already in the middle of planning my wedding, so I went through Wedding Story for flowers only. Jackie is always quick to respond to emails and made herself available for video calls as needed. I can't recommend Jackie and her team enough! I thought I could plan my wedding on my own, but I was in way over my head. I wish I used Wedding Story sooner ! Jackie has been in the business for years, so has many connections. She was able to find better deals than what I could on my own. Not only is she and her team highly professional, but they are also so knowledgeable and kind. Planning a wedding is not easy, but thanks to Jackie, my needs were always met and she was quick to reply to all of my questions or concerns. After starting with Jackie, I became much more calm and so were my parents. All I can say is: don't wait - contact Jackie! Jackie and her team are very experienced wedding planners and listened to every detail in what I wanted for my dream wedding. I found her a week after I got engaged (Apr 2021) and worked with her for a year to plan plan out my wedding (Apr 2022)! She was great at multitasking and being the middle man for all my vendors (photography, catering, pipe and draping, quartet, etc.) Jackie was also my day of coordinator and did an amazing job at making sure we were sticking to the schedule and moving along smoothly. Her team also did my flowers and my bridesmaids' hair and make up and it couldn't have turned out better! I also rented my beautiful ceremony dress from her selection which was really great at helping me cut down the cost of having to buy another dress. It was wonderful working with Jackie for my wedding. I was one of the many unfortunate brides who had to postpone their wedding for covid and she helped me navigate through it all and reschedule with all my vendors multiple times. She helped make my vision come true and she did SUCH A GREAT JOB with the flower decorations. She’s very great at negotiating and bringing the prices down when looking for a venue. She helped me navigate this world of wedding planning and she was my shield against all the other vendors that try to overcharge. I love having things be luxury but at a low price. (Who doesn’t?!) Jackie helped me elevate the luxe and elegance at my wedding and figure out which details of my wedding are unnecessary to splurge in and which areas are worth the splurge. Jackie is in the business b/c she is passionate and truly wants the bride+groom to have the best wedding they envision. She delivers what she promised and more. My wedding deco with flowers were so beautiful that I still want to cry thinking of it! It was such an elegant wedding :) Jackie respected my taste and understood exactly what I wanted. She supported and delivered what I asked for in terms of design, deco, ambiance, while working with us on our budget. She made my wedding painless and stress-free. My experience with WS was excellent. (1) Dresses: they had various high end styled dresses to choose from. Ask for their package deals! I was able to rent 3 beautiful dresses for engagement/ceremony/reception and I was able to try on as many dresses I wanted before making my final choices. They were very patient with me. (2) Photo/Video: We enjoyed all our photo sessions with our photographer, Mr. Lee. He will make sure he gets enough pictures by staying over time. Make sure you dont rush him and give him enough time especially on your wedding day. Video is a MUST! We got our videos turned around real fast, and it captured all the main moments of our wedding day. Highly recommend it. Again, ask for their package deal. (3) DJ/MC: Eddie and his team was just awesome! Best investment we made out of all~ Our guests enjoyed 4 full hours of our reception thanks to these guys. Just wanted to say day of wedding coordination provided by Wedding Story was the best. My husband and I hired Jackie and her crew to oversee and coordinate our Korean (Paebak) ceremony and reception. They were absolutely delightful to work with and were extremely professional. Their staff is very knowledgeable about Korean customs, being Korean themselves, and how to manage a large reception party. I did not have to worry about the reception at all because they did all the work, including coordinating with vendors when they arrive, setting up everything, and gathering all of our wedding decorations so my family and I can bring it home. Anytime I asked something from the team, they would immediately act on it. Jackie made sure we stayed within our timeline by letting us know when and where we had to be. She even gathered the wedding party and family members and made sure they lined up in the correct order a head of time so we can start the reception on time. Wedding Story truly made our day relaxing and enjoyable and I highly recommend them if you are planning a wedding! More...

The lady Jacki did a good job with the wedding. she is so good. She forgot couple of things such as real flower for the flower girl which she charged us for it, and other things , but we didn't say anything about it , at the end she did a beautiful job My main reason for the negative review is that she hold our wedding DVD for not paying a $48 for a broken vase that someone broke accidently in the wedding . Seriously you just got paid around $20,000.00 and you are holding the wedding DVD for an $48 broken vase. What do you think? More...

My main reason for the negative review is that she hold our wedding DVD for not paying a $48 for a broken vase that someone broke accidently in the wedding . Seriously you just got paid around $20,000.00 and you are holding the wedding DVD for an $48 broken vase.
