What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients grow. E-commerce websites are fun because we can see the fruit of our labor. We grew one client from $1,000/month in online sales to $75,000/month in online sales after building their website and working on their SEO for over 2 years. We have another client where we helped increase their monthly online sales by $20,000 in 6 months.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started learning website design in 1999. After I lost my job in the 2000 dot-com crash, starting my own business was a logical choice while I simultaneously pursued a graduate degree at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN.

Websults specializes in WordPress so if you are looking to build or update a WordPress website, then we are an excellent option. We are also unique in that all of our employees are based in the United States. (many web companies outsource to contractors overseas)

Yes, we have clients across the United States. We have actually served clients in South America and Asia as well. We have employees who speak Spanish and Chinese (Manadarin). We do most of our WordPress training sessions via GoToMeeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our team works remotely. Please note that we are not an off-shore company. All of our employees are based in the United States.
