We walked in looking at Spas and were greeted by Kelly. We didn't know much about Spa's but Kelly schooled us up. She was very knowledgeable about all their products, she even knew about Foosball tables. Lol. Great place and very friendly and helpful staff. I have been working with Chad Denby at Webweaving for more than ten years. Originally Chad took over maintenance of our existing web page. He improved the look and function without requiring us to start over even though the structure was dated and difficult to deal with. Because of Chad’s expertise and creativity that site served our business for more than ten years. When we finally decided to do a new web site we researched web companies geared specifically to our industry. I would just like everyone to know that I just recently started dealing with this company in the past year or so after dealing with another local pool company for 13 years. It is simply amazing just how, not only knowledgeable but helpful this group is. The company that installed our pool was nice but these folks at Charlottesville Aquatics are outstanding!!!!! The Service department at CA is outstanding - very user friendly and interested in customer satisfaction. When responding to service requests they come when promised and take time to explain things. They also are esy to deal with over the telephone; Jody Weedlun is a standout for her friendly, enthusiastic desire to help. She helped me recently in making a filter purchase decision; when I couldn't get through to the retail sales department she kept me on the phone and walked downstairs to get the information I needed.
