I've been dying to come back and review because let me tell you I AM PISSED! So in October before going on vacation I came to this location for an underarm and brazilian wax. Luckily they had time to get me in which was perfect for me as it was last minute. I believe I was serviced By Christine however, there could be multiple Christine's so who knows! Anyways, the service and the level of knowledge provided while being serviced was top tier. On the downside the wax took probably an hour. Where as my actual wax lady only takes roughly 20-25 IF THAT! After a week of being waxed I had an intense desire to itch which has literally NEVER happened to me. Outside of itching from the hair growing back it grew back so thick and so fast! This isn't normal I am a true 8 weeker I do not need a wax every 4 weeks and this was damn near a bush after 2! Also the technique seemed as though the technician used multiple waxing options from hard to soft and maybe something else. What pisses me off the most is I am a brown skin girl and I think people need to be aware of SKIN TYPES. After about a week I lift up my armpits and it's completely black as if I were burned!!! 1. I have never got waxed under my arms.. 2. I value my skin, I don't have razor bumps or a dark line in my vagina area nor do I under my arms Here we are 2 months later and you can still see the burns. Yal lucky I didn't record the level of negligence because I would certainly put a formal complaint had I did my due diligence! You got away with this one but make sure you're well versed in all skin types before you put hot wax to brown skin girls or any melanated skin! More...

Moved to San Diego and I'm so happy I found this place! Michi is the best! She is what I call a master waxer; she is very professional and makes the process feel so painless. She keeps a conversation the whole time. I love how she gets every spot, she goes back in with a tweezer and even got rid of my blackhead that I didn't even know I had. Concierge is always friendly and shows you your seat to wait. My go-to is Ashlyn! She's this super friendly girl that always does the best job with my best friend. The best Brazilian you could ever get is here. Gabrielle is amazing. She did an amazing work. Super clean, spot free Brazilian wax. She was very humble, she is kind and take her time. I've found my waxing home in Temecula! Brazilians are never exactly a fun time, but it was pretty close with Celeste. Her technique was slightly different from previous Brazilians I've had done (of which there have been many -- I've been getting them semi-regularly for over 10 years), and hers is definitely one that minimizes pain by a lot. She's super friendly and has a really fascinating background which made the time fly by. Add the fact that she is THE most thorough esthetician I've ever been to, and you have yourself a miracle worker!I'm almost hesitant to write too many great things and let the secret get out, but definitely book a Brazilian with Celeste, you'll be very impressed! I been going to Celeste for the last 8 years, even before she expanded her salon. After opening two salons the customer service has been very poor and unprofessional. I had an appointment and hit traffic due to a car accident on the way. I informed them that I will be 10 mins late and Exactly at 10 minutes I was parked Infront the salon. They refused to provide service even thought I was Infront their salon. The perosn on the phone was very rude and unprofessional I will no longer be going there even though I liked Celeste herself! Waxing - it's something that we like to do- if I can give more stars I would -you just have to take my word for it Celeste is awesome at what she does -I love the fact that there's music in the background it gives you a calm feeling -Celeste technique is less painful -it's a mixture of sugar - I read a lot of reviews about sugar waxing and I will not go back to plain waxing.
