If you are looking for a hard working, flexible, incredibly creative and talented photographer, Warren is for you! He started as my engagement/ wedding photographer and has grown to be my go-to photographer for everything! In regards to my wedding day, Warren detailed the day and what I needed to do, perfectly. I was never left in the dark or not knowing what to expect with Warren. I had some ideas about photos I wanted to take and we came together to create amazing photos of me and my husband and later on my entire family!

My Fiancé and I had our engagement session with Warren today .. all I have to say is that we had so much fun taking these photos! Warren is AWESOME. I talked to a bunch of photographers at a bridal show in January and when I got home, I had no doubt I would be going with him out of everyone. His photos are absolutely stunning, especially for his pricing which was well within our budget. I also really like that he has a calm personality. I met a lot of photographers at the bridal show that had a little too much energy for my own personality so it was nice that Warren clicked so well with myself and my fiancé. He was very transparent about everything and answered all of our questions. We actually booked him before we had our venue - we liked him/his work that much!

You can tell Warren puts a lot of time and energy into each and every person he works with. Recently, we had our engagement shoot. He made my fiancé and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and helped us with posing ideas/looking our best. When the pictures were ready, we got our very own showing of our pictures in his office. He made it a special experience.

I will also be doing a bridal shoot with him in addition to our wedding. I will update my review with my experience with both of those but I anticipate it will be nothing less than excellent! More...

I'm the mother of the Bride. Warren was so professional at ALL TIMES! He is so creative. All of my daughter's pictures were out STANDING. There was not a bad one in the bunch. From the Engagement pics, to the Bridal pics to the Wedding pictures were out standing! We were out of state customers and he bent over backwards for us.

My fiancé and I were so excited when we won a free engagement photo session. Warren reached out to us via email and was in constant communication with me in order to coordinate a date and time to do the shoot. He was very flexible and tried to work with our schedules and the weather, as much as he could. I can not accurately put into words just how thrilled we are with Warren. From the first meeting with him, I knew he would be the perfect photographer for us. Warren connected with us and got to know us; he truly wanted to capture the essence of our relationship and love. I feel that is why he doesn't just get a series of pictures but a whole story. He looks for the perfect moments, not just the perfect picture. The pictures from our engagement session were extraordinary. He was able to execute our vision in uncontrollable conditions. (We took pictures at the state fair, on a very busy night) His ability to adapt to anything we threw at him is more than I could have ever expected. There are not enough words to describe how absolutely wonderful Warren is!!! I couldn't have imagined the photos he takes in my wildest dreams! Warren spent an entire afternoon in the middle of July (HOTTTT) taking our engagement photos and then took more photos at my husbands fire department another day! Warren just finished photographing my daughter's wedding. He is creative, professional, and wonderful to work with. He also did my daughter's engagement photos and her bridal portrait, which turned out beautifully. He bound some of the engagement photos into a guest book for the wedding, which also turned out beautifully and is an innovative touch I haven't seen before. The pose we liked best for the portrait had some stray hair under the veil, on my daughter's shoulder. Warren was able to photo-shop it out and the finished portrait is just lovely. I can't wait to see the wedding photos. If they are as good as what we have seen so far (and I have no reason to think they won't be), we are going to be greatly pleased. Professionalism, skill, artistry, dance, stealth, unobtrusive, AMAZING...these are a few of the words I use to describe Nathan W. Morris (Oak city films) and Warren McCormack Photography. The professionalism you guys showed during the ENTIRE weekend (both the rehearsal AND wedding) and the calmness you had during what is a stressful event (and saying things to make us laugh) was something friends and family kept raving about. The artistry and dance with your "interactions" with one another to capture shots and not get in each others way, and the ability to work together as if you guys are a team that performs this ALL the time did not go unnoticed. My husband and I chose to work with Warren McCormack for our wedding after meeting with a few other photographers in the Raleigh area. Warren was very easy to talk with and we liked his style of work. We met with him in downtown Raleigh for an engagement session (on a hot summer night!) but he was very patient with us and really helped us to feel at ease with the process. It's not everyday that someone follows you around with a camera so it was definitely a good warm up for the big day. We appreciate his artistic eye and also his desire to know the styles and interests of his clients. We are very pleased with the quality (and quantity) of the images from our wedding day. It will be a large task to narrow down the images for an album - there are so many great ones to choose from. I'd never imagined that I would be one of those brides whose friends gush over her pictures. So it is! Warren's images are well-composed but not forced, varied but not quirky, elegant but not stifled. As a photographer, his remarkable talent is combined with competent professionalism and infectious enthusiasm. One of the things we appreciated most about our business with Warren is that it didn't seem like business! We spent our initial consultation on his living room sofa swapping life stories and getting to know one another as people before talking about prices and packages. This personalist approach made us more confident and comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement session then we would have been otherwise. At the wedding, Warren was practically transparent. He and his assistant worked together like two parts of a single organism. His strong aesthetic eye is very open to being given direction. (And that one should do or it will choose its own subject. Perhaps that is why we have several images of an acquaintance staring blankly into the middle distance while none of several good friends who exude more intellectual and spiritual sparkle.)
