Thanks Want Limo and Chris for a great evening out to Downtown LA from Orange County. Chris responded to my quote request and answered all of my very detailed and specific questions. There were no surprises charges and all fees were fully transparent. Bus arrived 10 minutes early and arrived spotless and stocked with ice and sodas. Our driver was friendly and had no problems adding extra stops and coming back around when we forgot something. I called Chris to get a small bus for my daughters 16th birthday party.  He was very professional and helpful. On her birthday, Maurice arrived before the time scheduled.  He was very nice and the girls thought he was great!  I actually have my daughter on Life360 so when they arrived at their destination I could see his top speed!  71 mph!!  They were back home right on time!  I couldn't be happier!  We will def call Chris again!!! I usually don't leave reviews but I contacted want limo and spoke to Chris. I was getting married so needed transportation to drive my wedding party around so Chris set me up with a sprinter van for a good price. ..the next day I got a call back from them asking me how big my wedding party was...I replied it was about 10 people.... I believe the sprinter van holds about 12 people.... anyways they asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a party bus to be more comfortable for my wedding party for NO extra charge!! I was so grateful for this from want limo! Also the driver was so patient and nice well mannered. Friends and family asked where I rented the party bus from so they can rent one for future events. Amazing service. I've used them twice (a limo the first time and a sprinter the second time) and I can't speak highly enough of them. Chris is amazing and makes it so easy to book and the drivers (Shoutout to John and Maurice) were super attentive and nice. I recently used Want Limo for an event and I can't say enough good things about them! At first, when I got the price estimate I really thought this was too good to be true. But they were amazing to work with from start to finish. Chris kept in constant communication and was helpful with all of my annoying questions as our party size kept changing! Our driver Jose was SO nice and was even early to come get us. The bus itself was perfect. So clean and came with ice, cups, waters and soda! Absolutely 5 stars! Raymond was our driver for my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party and he was fantastic. He took pictures for the girls. He texted us parents to let us know where the girls were and what time they would be arriving. He helped the girls get their phones connected to the blue tooth so they could listen to music. He had water ready for them after roller skating. He was great! Chris was the one who handled the initial reservation and he gave us all the details and followed up to confirm everything. Had a good experience.   Used for my daughters prom.   Great communication.   They were on time.   Vehicle was bery clean and well kept.   Only complaint is i was told tax and gratuity were included in price.   When the driver arrived i gave him payment.   And he asked me for more of a tip!!!!   They hadn't even left yet.   I told him i was told tip was included and he said only a small tip Was included.   I explained to him that i base my tips on his service.   Turned out he was awesome with the kids and I ended up giving him additional (which I would have done regardless.).   But thought him asking for more $$ up front was very unprofessional. We booked Want Limo for our wedding day and we are very pleased with our service! We booked two separate reservations for a party bus for the day of our wedding. The first reservation/ride was to transport our wedding party from our hotel, to our photo site, then to our wedding venue. Our second reservation/ride was to transport our wedding guests to their hotel at the end of the night. The company suggested that we book these 2 separately to save us money. We appreciated that! Randal was our driver for both reservations and he was so nice! He helped us on and off of the bus and helped us connect our music each time. The bus was clean and well maintained. My husband and I and our wedding party had a blast listening to music while we were on our way. When we arrived to our wedding venue site, there was so much going on that I didn't even notice that after he had helped me off of the bus, Randal was helping carry the large train of my wedding dress! I booked a party bus for 10 people for a trip to medieval times for a friends birthday and our experience was great! Want Limo provided my family a great service recently with a 45 passenger party bus. Met with Chris to inspect the coach which would be taking my daughter and her friends to their winter formal. The coach was very nice and the interior was very modern with inside mood night lighting and aux/Bluetooth connections for streaming of music. The driver was on time, incredibly polite, and periodically updated me as the night progressed. He even followed the kids into the restaurant after the event and kept an eye on them for safety. I rented a sprinter bus for my husbands 40th Birthday. Received a quick response with a quote and pictures of what I was looking for. Chris answered all my questions and was very polite.
