Working with VK Fitness LLC has been so great! I participated in her 6 week online program and I have learned so much over the past 6 weeks! The exercises were under and hour and perfect for anyone who is tight for time, the mindset sections really helped me understand how my thoughts affect my actions and the nutrition section really helped me be more aware of what I am eating and what I should be eating fro optimal performance. The truth is that I used to be on and off the wagon because it always seemed like you can either enjoy life, OR be fit.

However, that's absolutely not the case. Building the body of your dreams takes consistency and patience. It's not a fast process, but is definitely possible without having to restrict yourself and spend hours exercising.

No matter what the body of your dreams looks like, I encourage you to always focus on building strength & throw your weight scale away. When your goal is strength, it's way easier to stick to the process because improvement is more evident, and you learn to appreciate non-weight changes like having more energy, feeling happier, and enjoying the journey.

Contrary to what we have been told for years, Fitness is much more than a number on a scale. So the satisfaction of seeing women transform their lives and mindset, and learn to love their bodies at every stage, even if they haven't reached their body goals yet, is what I love the most.

I always see the most amazing transformations when mindset shifts happen and my clients learn to enjoy the process instead of obsessing with an end goal.

I used to struggle with staying consistent because I hated restricting myself. I am not one to stop myself from eating a taco or a donut if I want one.

I kept putting together workout routines from here and there, and trying every nutrition trend out there, and tracking my calories religiously, but I wasn't seeing results. I started feeling anxious and depressed at the grocery store because it seemed like I couldn’t eat anything I liked!

So I kept quitting and feeling like a failure. When, in reality, those approaches just weren’t sustainable.

That's when I decided to start doing research on fitness and nutrition, and became so passionate that I got certified and started coaching in my free time while having a full-time job. I fell in love with the process of helping women, so I decided to leave my desk job and become a coach full time.

I would say I am the definition of "going above and beyond" for my clients. I am always learning, researching, and improving my programs as I go, and for as long as we work together I am here to not let them give up.

I also work hand in hand with my clients, because everyone is different! And I make sure every program is truly personalized, and adaptable to their goals, needs, and busy lives.

I am a communications professional with an MBA in marketing, and I decided to leave my career in marketing and go all-in on Fitness and Nutrition coaching because I felt I could truly make a difference by helping my clients thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally, in all aspects of their lives.

With my personalized training sessions, I work directly with you, either in-person or online, and design a fitness session specifically for your health and fitness goals. With a combination of strength training and high-intensity exercises, This session includes a workout with minimal to no equipment, basic gym equipment, and exercise modifications depending on fitness level. You’ll be able to burn fat, build muscle, and get a complete workout in 45 minutes or less.

Through my personalized Nutrition coaching, I will help you transform the way you eat, and completely change your relationship with food! No more crazy fad diets, calorie counting, or “cheat days.” Together we will master de basics of good nutrition, nutrition mindset, and gain sustainable, long-term habits to reach your healthy lifestyle goals.

Through my Fitness & Nutrition package, I will work directly with you and design a program specifically for your health and body goals, that will help you transform your body and improve your nutrition habits for long-term results.
