FANTASTIC! Bob and Dave were absolutely amazing. I received my pictures within 45 days. They were busy with other weddings, but when I called they made sure they gave me 100% at all times. One day I called and he was getting ready for a wedding and he still took time to make sure my questions were answered. My pictures were gorgeous, I had 2536 of them, you cannot beat that! the price was amazing also, I want to say this. Bob called and introduced himself to me and gave me a background of the company. when we spoke he made sure he got to know me. I received calls from other companies and it was not a personal conversation it was prices and that is it!!! Bob is amazing and everyone at my wedding is still talking about him. It was really wonderful to work with Bob from Milestone Photography. He was extremely responsive and delivered the photos and video fusion he did for my daughter's quinceanera in a timely manner. His professionalism and respect during the mass and banquet hall was very pleasing. He was able to capture some wonderful moments throughout the day and was flexible, open and patient with all of us. A team of researchers at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) used Milestone videos to record two focus group discussions of about 50 community leaders, politicians and executive directors of organizations. For us the audio was very important because we needed to transcribe the conversations and analyze them as part of the research. We were very pleased with the work of Milestone Video, the sounds turned out perfect and the DVDs are very easy to navigate, making it easier for us to get the quotes we wanted. I have used Milestone Photo and Video three times - once for my wedding, and for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and son's Bar Mitzvah. They are supremely professional, very experienced, and strongly committed to customer satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations with their creativity. They did photography and videography, giving me lasting mementos of these important family events. They also produced photo montages of each of my children, which were beautiful and fun, and not sappy, as I feared they would be. I have used less-experienced photographers and videographers and really see the difference. Milestone is top-notch. They are also great at an event - they make the guests feel very comfortable. Milestone is a terrific combination of the production values, equipment and editing expertise of the business world with the friendly, creative, truly helpful skills of the social world.
