I have been coming here for about 10 years now, I have seen this place grow, open othe locations and other stores and the place it's self has gotten bigger. However even with all the success Glow has had they have not lost who they are as a company. All there front desk staff are all so sweet and so helpful with getting everything all the scheduling done even when it's squeezing in at the last moment. Very very rarely do you not only find someone who is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy, but will help you out of a gigantic hole. I thought I could take on the task of doing my own accounting and taxes over the last few years, and as a result, i was paying THOUSANDS in tax. Then, last year, a friend set me up with his CPA to do my taxes and that CPA not only did the taxes wrong (costing me thousands), he never filed and I had to pay a ungoldy amount in interest and penalties.Enter Marlene and Avo. Both experts in Xero (my accounting software) they not only clean up my books and prepare all my 2016 taxes for the same price than some CPA's wanted just for the tax prep, but they also help me with fixing my 2015 taxes! Safe, responsive and reliable! Best experience I've had with an accounting firm.  I was lucky enough to be introduced to Avo and Marlene when I met my husband. Last year they did our taxes and accounting.  If you are like me, anything with Tax's and IRS gets me stressed out for no reason.  From getting a simple letter  to respond to or having to go back and look, or even audited.  They truly bring my stress level down.  I would pay double for this feeling.
