Called the owner who came across as condescending after I called with a problem. basically my issue was with the chicken that was fairly large was tuff and didn't seem fully cook. The rice was very mushy and tasted as if it had been partially warmed up. the owner went on to tell me how he knows that the chicken was cooked and the rice was fresh. as a customer I did not feel that it was. I did not feel or witness good customer service the food was not good and it could be just a consistent and maybe I caught them on a bad day. but no compensation of any type was offered. More...

Super excited to try this place. Stood in line for an hour and a half, which was totally fine by me. However as they are running out of food, it would have been cool if that had been communicated. I finally make it in the door and they call it a day! Poor communication, poor management, no system whatsoever, and absolutely terrible attitude from the ONE person at the register. Having been in the service industry I completely understand the fast paced high demand environment and would have been perfectly happy walking away if someone had the balls to come out and say...sorry guys, we are running out. The best BBQ I have ever had. I got the brisket and sausage plate and let me tell ya. It is perfectly smoked, all of the sides were delicious, and the sause on the side is a fantastic pairing of sweet and savory. Great food, I order the pulled pork with rice, beans and a side of rice for my picky eater. I definitely recommend you trying, I promise you won't regret it. We just finished a BBQ brisket and sausage with broccoli salad and baked beans! Y’all! I’m not kidding, this is the real thing. The brisket had a delicious dry rub. This is going to be one of those hidden gems right in our backyard. The brisket just melted in your mouth. The sausage is one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
