What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Specializing in property photography, we believe the best photograph provides a a vibrant explanation of everything you see in a 1000 words. But when you turn that photograph into a 3D Virtual Tour you are now turning that photograph into 1 Billion words, providing a full perspective of every square inch of your listing!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When working with a client we will always want to know just how much they want to market their home. We believe photographs are your billboard to attract the attention of potential buyers, with 3D Virtual Tours being the full meat of exposure providing potential buyers the opportunity to go on a virtual tour of the property and feel as if they were already there. In addition, viewers of 3D virtual tours have the opportunity to view areas that may not be the most photogenic, such as small bathrooms, and get a full perspective of the home's layout. Interested buyers can then view schematic floor plans and drone videos to get an even greater emotional investment in your listing. This strategy provides seller's with serious buyers looking to see their home. That is why we will ask you every step of the way jjust how much do you want to expose your listing to the public, reduce market time, and attract only the most serious of buyers.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy a full realm of things about what I do. I particularly enjoy working with technology and meeting different people. It is great to be able to maximize the marketing of properties, while providing a full realm of exposure to potential buyers simplifying the home searching process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Aside from being my own boss and having flexibility, I wanted to start this business because I have always had a passion for working with real estate. Whether for my own home or other people's properties, I've enjoyed being able to go out, see new places, and help realtors/sellers list their properties with maximum exposure. I believe that creating 3D Virtual Tours of every home listing will eventually be the future in real estate.

Our services are conducted in-person only. However, we do have Sentrilock access to properties reducing the need for us to meet with customers on site, along with the
ability to do exterior photo shots independently.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use masks and follow any extra requests from our customers to ensure they feel as safe as possible when we are on site.

Matterport 3D Virtual Tour | $150.00
Maximize the exposure of your listing by creating an immersive, fully-interactive 3D Virtual Tour of your property. Matterport 3D Virtual Tours are a great way to expose your property to potential buyers allowing them to see every square inch from a full perspective. Viewers can see properties at eye-level, 3D dollhouse views and floor plan views. Using these tours can help reduce time on market, expose key features of your listing and attract the most qualified of buyers! HDR Photography | $100.00 for 20 photos
We provide premium photography services using AEB (Auto-Exposure Bracketing), to ensure optimal results. Our photographs are processed to ensure every detail of your photos appear sharp, clear and appealing. We offer photography services starting at $100 for 20 photos when combined with a Matterport 3D tour. Photography by itself is $150 for 10 photos and $5.00 per photo thereafter.
Basic Drone Video Packages | $200.00
Offer a full perspective of the exterior and location of your listing to buyers by providing a aerial video. Video includes "liftoff" scene, a full 360 rotation around the property, and distant view. Four photographs included, additional available for $8.00 each. VMS is an FAA Licensed Part 107 and insured drone operator.

Includes all features of the basic package, plus side street footage, premium subtitles, and footage of downtown areas/points of interest.
