We are a small local catering company just established in 2022, in the heart of Denver. Tyler and I, the co-owners, have traveled the world cooking in places like Antarctica, and all across the United States from NY to California. We've worked on organic vineyards and permaculture farms in Italy, Spain, Netherlands and best of all, we've done it together!

What’s your signature dish?
Theres too many! Probably for Tyler his handmade pastas (gnocchi!) and for Maggie Spanish paella or something sweet!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to hear your vision and go from there! We have tons of ideas of our own but we like to offer our clients the things they really want! Theres nothing we wouldnt want to cook for you!
What do you love most about your job?
We love experimenting with new recipes, techniques, cuisines, applications— there is so much you can do with your ingredients if you have a creative perspective.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Tyler and I have an unbelieveable drive and loyalty to our work/passion— we always surpassed the confines of kitchens working for others and decided we had to share our skills on a level that didnt put a cap on our limits. We also love the business side of cooking, so it just makes sense to branch off on our own!

Having traveled and worked all over the world we have the ability to adapt and create, unlike anyone else. This means we can better accomodate the needs and desires of our clients because of our extensive background and experience.

We can certainly accomodate online/virtual orders. We offer pickup, delivery and full service catering.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all CDC and our local health departments advisories in regards to Covid-19. We also offer individually packed meals on request.
