Have been a Phoenix resident for 3 decades, and have gone through a large number of landscaping companies; phoenix just seems to be like that, as you know. We needed some lighting and sprinkler work in a new house we moved into, and my wife recalled a positive experience with them before I was around. We called them in. Drew came over on schedule, went over different options carefully with us, and appeared to really know his stuff. He did not push the most expensive option. He recommended the most practical option. We went for it, the work was done on time. Communication with Drew (by text, & email) was helpful for me since I work during the day. He came over a few days after the job was done just to check that everything was right. wow!We then decided that we should try to use Victor's for our routine maintenance. The quote was about the same as our then current landscaper, but we were so impressed with the quality of the initial job that we decided to proceed. Great decision! Their routine maintenance, for the past year, has been consistently meticulous and sensible.Our home is looking great these days - a good part of that due to the meticulous landscaping care of Victor's. My experience with Victor's Landscaping Inc (VLI) has been "over-the-top" positive. VLI replaced our drip irrigation system, furnished and installed a "smart" controller, removed and replaced a tree, added some bushes and installed a fertilization system. We had several other companies out to our home for quotes but none presented the range of guidance and cost-effective options as did VLI. They also helped us select new low water use plant materials. Their installation went smoothly and was done with quality materials and performed in accordance with industry "best practices" -proper depth of trenches, color coded zone lines, clean-outs, etc. But what has impressed me the most has been the follow-up to fine-tune the drip system schedule, # of emitters and concern about plant appearance & "health"-both the new plants they provided but also our existing landscaping. The cost was quite reasonable considering VLI is a commercial quality company with a knowledgeable and concerned support staff that was responsive to our needs and questions. We have also started to use them for quarterly maintenance and found the work performed to be of the same high standard and with continued guidance and suggestions. They don’t just "sell" services or product but recommend cost conscience options-even to the extent of “let’s do nothing for now, follow up and re-access”. More...

I hired Victor's Landscaping about 4 months ago to do monthly maintenance around my home. Recently, I had them trim my numerous palms & an old, large olive tree that dominates my front yard. After the work was done, I notified Victor's that the olive tree needed some additional trimming. The office called me to make an appointment for Victor to come out & see what was needed. He came on time & agreed to address my concerns. Three days ago his tree trimming crew arrived & did more than I expected. Now the tree is open & its structure is on display. The tree looks like it was trimmed by a crew from the Desert Botanical Garden. I am very happy with the result & the way Victor stands behind his work. More...

We just purchased a new home with no backyard landscaping do we needed to design the space with the challenge of a small 10'x40' area. Victors Landscaping went above and beyond my expectations. There field quoted came out and talked through all my options as we walked the space and really listened to my needs. Scheduling was quick and efficient, not to mention stellar service by Ana the project manager! After the job was complete everything looked better than I could have expected, they used high quality pavers, plants, and turf that were perfect! I've used Victor's for a few years now on all my properties. It has been a pleasure working with Victor's Landscaping. Victor runs his business like a real business. His crews show up on time and do the job. Billing is accurate and can be paid online. The office is responsive to any concerns or questions. If projects need to be rescheduled, I receive an email advising the delay and anticipated start time. Others may be cheaper but I'm a firm believer in the concept of getting what you paid for and that seems to be shared by the staff at Victor's Landscaping. More...
