I sought out hypnotherapy for my insomnia as I don't want to become dependent on sleep aids and prefer to be holistic as much as possible. I've had a couple of sessions with Vicki so far and have found her to be very focused on me - getting my questions answered and identifying the best path. Her office is serene and her hypno chair is soooo comfortable - I almost want to stay and nap after my sessions, LOL.  Although I can't say my insomnia is cured yet, I find that I am falling back to sleep much faster than I was previously - which is a life changer.
