I pre ordered my brisket for Christmas from The QUEEN of BBQ Catering. The brisket was delicious and not dried out. The meat was so tender I could have cut the meat with a butter knife. Tender, juicy and rich flavor. I seriously asked my family, why is it that many of these BBQ restaurants brisket is so dry. This brisket was lean and well prepared. I was given a time when the brisket would be ready for pick up and it was right on time. I’m pretty well known for being open minded on how foods are prepared, so if you know me...you’ll know I tell it like it is! I highly recommend The QUEEN of BBQ Catering. Lastly, if you figure the cost of a brisket plate vs purchasing a whole brisket (depending on the weight) it just makes sense to have the QUEEN prepare your brisket, you won’t be disappointed! Recently won a gift certificate for meat at this location. And although I do not live in the area, I would definitely come back. The customer service was fast and friendly, I don't remember the man's name who helped me, but he was extremely helpful and welcoming.
