Hello, I am J. Victor McGuire, the Executive Director and CEO of Velocity Leadership Coaching. Welcome!
My purpose in coaching is to empower people like you by sharing practical advice and proven methods. By activating your own potential, I will be challenging you to rise to your fullest potential. You will create a clear pathway to gaining more insight into what your strengths are, how you can best support others using those strengths and begin moving forward as the leader of your life.
Velocity Leadership Coaching will support you as you reconnect to your own wisdom within. We will co-create a better work-life balance and cultivate authentic well-being in your life. My coaching clients are people in various stages of their lives, but they all have one thing in common; they all have taken the next step in enriching their lives and that of those around them. While some come to my coaching practice during the crux of their life where they need a substantial reset, others are just seeking support from a seasoned leader. Whatever the case is, I work with all of my clients in an individualized approach that is catered to their specific needs based on the season of life they are in, the career in which they work, and the lifestyle they live. In between sessions, I will generally assign proven engaging, reflective activities in order for you to move toward your specified goals.
So that you get the most accurate assessment, as a new client, I ask that you commit to an initial three months of sessions, and then we will decide whether or not to continue within the same rotation or revise the schedule.
