This place is Randomly found this place while driving to work and it was a delight. I've only been once and I will definitely visit again but I had a daily menu which consisted of spinach rice, I don't usually eat rice much but this was amazing with peas and vegetables. It also came with a chickpea stew and steamed vegetables. Separately I ordered a large green salad which came with a bunch of sprouts and the ginger dressing that was phenomenal. Overall their menu looked great and they had several other items such as burgers, wraps, smoothies and juices, etc...I will definitely be back here to try the rest but it was very nice to finally find a place that makes food that really feels like it's home cooked and fully vegan. I had a delightful time a this Vegetarian  restaurant.  The  FOOD  was WONDERFUL. There's not many vegan places near or around Miami that are reasonably affordable but this one defiantly is!! And the food is delicious. I just picked a vegetable soup and I must say it has hit the spot! Wow! So I visited this place a while back and I have got to speak up. The food is so delicious if you are vegan or non vegan you will appreciate it a lot. The staff is very sweet. Very interesting restaurant!  Food was delicious!  My husband ordered ginger chicken salad and I Ordered BBQ chicken salad. Both incredible with very different flavors. Amazing feeling of love and pride in both serving and delivery of food.  We were given samples of many offerings without even requesting. The choice was difficult because everything tasted fabulous. If you're looking for soulful vegan food, this place is it. During our short trip to Miami, we visited Hakin three times and each time we were extremely satisfied. The food is absolutely delicious and totally makes up for the sometimes slower service. The Short Rib plate is so flavorful and the perfect combination of flavors. The pancakes are great (you can get individually flavored ones) and the breakfast burger is gratifyingly filling. You can tell the sweet potato fries are hand cut and that the flavors are all 100% their own. Don't come here if you're in a hurry because it's not their vibe and that's perfectly okay. Nice little spot. The staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. I had the Spicey Chikn Sandwich with fries. The sandwich was actually really good. The fries were mediocre though. It would have been nice if the sandwich was paired with some natural cut fries instead, even if they had to up the price it would be well worth it. The empanadas and juices are very good and make great additions to any meal. The owner seems very hands on and knows a lot of his customers personally. Absolutely loved it. We ordered way more food than we needed, but it all sounded so delicious that we had to try a bunch of different things. After our meal, the friendly owner Hakin came up and greeted us. Turns out they've been open for twelve years and have slowly built up the store from various recycled and reused furniture, decorations, and equipment. 4/5Good, healthy food option located in a small strip mall near Jackson North hospital. Really the only place worth going to since the area surrounding the hospital is SATURATED with fast food restaurants. Hakin, the owner, is very friendly, personable and eager to help you order. While the restaurant is called vegetarian restaurant, please note it is actually vegan. I ordered the meatless meatballs sandwich. The bread was soft, the meatless meatballs had good seasoning and the sauce accompanying them was quite tasty as well. I feel like the sandwich would have tasted even better if it was heated a bit, but that may just be my preference. Since the order was taking a bit long to make, Hakin offered me the soup of the day while I waited. Great tasting soup, well seasoned, great ratio of veggies to liquid. I'm glad I got to try it because I'll be more inclined to order a soup with an entree next time I come.
