I absolutely love it here I would never go anywhere else and my mother would never allow me to! I wouldn't ever trust anyone with my hair other than Gina she always does such an amazing job and I'm so thankful for her my hair would be a hot mess if I didn't have her! Love her!

Vanity Salon is truly a gem! I have seen Gina twice and she does an absolutely fabulous job. She is one of the few stylists out there that actually Listen to their clients! I've never had a bad experience at Vanity! My first colorist/stylist was Alexandra, who is super talented with color AND cut. Sometimes its hard to find someone who can do both. The only reason I switched to MaryKate was because of my schedule. MaryKate is so great, she taught me how to use an Amika wand and always offered to curl my fresh cut/color before I left. Both of them nailed my color every time, even though I would change it every few months (first all over, then balayage, then bleaching the bottom and darkening the roots..) I love the color product as well as the shampoo/conditioners that this salon uses. Top quality Oribe and now I'm ADDICTED. My hair NEVER held curls/style for long, until I tried the Oribe heat styling spray (recommended by MaryKate). It's expensive but it's worth it because it works! Mary Kate was absolutely wonderful! She was truly a pleasure to spend time with and did an amazing job. I walked in with both a Pinterest picture and an open mind to suggestions and walked out with the perfect representation of how that picture worked best for my face shape. Vanity Salon and it's stylists is the best hair salon to go to in the city. You get one to one quality hair care. It is very much a huge family. You and your hair care needs belong to all the stylists. They all care about you, the whole person. You might walk in as if you have the world on your shoulders but you leave looking beautiful and with a bounce in your step. After seeing posts of amazing hair pictures done by Vanity Salon in my FB news feed for some time & falling in love with their work, I decided to book an appointment. I am so estatic that I did! I am absolutely in ❤LOVE❤ with my new hair (cut/color/style)& Alexandra did an amazing job. She was so knowledgable & gave me great pointers to style my hair at home. She was fantastic with giving me suggestions as well. My husband was impressed too by the awesome job she did. Gina, Alexandra & the staff were all so kind & attentive when I was there today. I am so happy that after forever of searching I have finally found MY salon/hairdresser. I am so particular about my hair so this is a huge deal for me. I had my first experience at Vanity Salon yesterday and it was amazing! This was my first time at a salon ever and it was just wonderful. I have been following Alexandra's work for quite some time and just knew she was the go-to stylist for a balayage. This is a first class salon. If you have short hair, or want to go short, please visit Erin. She is great and really knows your hair, the cowlicks and ins and outs of how to manage a short style. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The prices are fair for the level of expertise. I recently moved to Buffalo, leaving a stylist of over 20 + years. Can't believe I lucked into this gem. Vanity is always full of life. What a great group of talented staff. I highly recommend all their services. I had hair extensions done, that I love. My hair has absolutely NO damage. They look natural and are easy to care for. Gina (owner) is so talented in every facet of her salon. She applied my extensions. I highly recommend the hair extensions. When you arrive you'll immediately be taken by the warm and boutique-y feel to the place. If you aren't greeted by Gemma (the owner's adorable little dog), Gina and her girls will welcome you with genuine smiles and a desire to make you feel and look your best. I am very picky about my hair and I often obese about what I'm going to have done before I come into the Salon. I get advice and opinions from all my friends and family and consult style magazines. Since I've started going to Vanity Salon my anxiety about how my hair is going to turn out has diminished significantly, because I know that I am in Gina's capable hands and she will give me a beautiful cut and color every time.
