I experienced a great service. They were quick and prompt with returning my vehicle to me. Requested my car through a link and was in my car within 5 minutes to make it to a show my wife and I were late for. They were very polite. Most valets I have dealt with in the city don't say a word and throw a ticket in my hand which makes me not want to trust them with my car. These guys seemed to really know what they were doing and took good car of my Tesla Saturday night. They're also one of the few valet companies that actually take credit card. More...

Best valet service I've had in Chicago. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. My vehicle was taken and delivered professionally. They use a ticketless system where they use your phone number to text you your ticket information. I was able to request my vehicle at the end of our meal and the vehicle was waiting for us as we left the restaurant. I was very happy, the valet even opened and closed the doors for my wife and kids as well and helped direct traffic so we could safely leave the area. We parked with Valet DesCartes at Monteverde on Friday night. The gentleman who took our car clearly explained that I as my valet ticket I would receive a text and I would use the link in the text to call for my car when I was ready. He also explained that I could pay with cash or my CC via the text. When it came time to go, I used the text to call for my car and pay with my CC. I was shocked at the $30 I was being charged but paid it anyway. When my car arrived, the valet (I wish remembered his name) gave me my keys and informed me that I was overcharged as I had mistakenly not validated my parking but had paid as someone who had merely dropped of their car with their stand and went to dine elsewhere. He kindly gave me his boss's number with instructions to call him on Monday for a refund. When I called on Monday his boss, Ryan, was very accommodating and processed my refund. Monteverde is a great place to dine, but their valet make the experience coming/going definitely added to my overall positive experience, despite the small snafu that in truth was user error on my part. I have had multiple events here for my business and am proud to call this space home to some of our successes. With a beautiful art gallery entrance that greets guests and multiple levels for multiple uses, we have used each floor in a different way every time. My organization The Iconoclast Dinner Experience which hosts a series of culinary events in NYC held our first Chicago event at Morgan's on Fulton in April 2017 to kick off The James Beard Foundation Awards. The guests of our All-Star Culinary Bash event were so impressed by the unique architecture, exposed brick and overall aesthetic of the venue which is located in a very trendy part of town. It's always very nerve wracking hosting an event in a new city in a new venue. Everything ran seamlessly, we had several award winning chefs on the event as well as a catering company along with other staff. There were a lot of wheels churning, the team at Morgan's on Fulton ensured that everything ran like a finely tuned machine. All of our pre-event deliveries were handled with care, and our guests had a fabulous time. The great thing is, while we only used one floor, they have three floors, and we have room to grow as the event grows. Everything was perfect! From the start working with Keely was great; she was super responsive and helpful with any and all questions and requests we threw at her. The day off both Keely and Booker worked well with our vendors and coordinator to ensure everything was running smoothly and providing any help where needed. We had our wedding here with just over 120+ guests back in early August. Every guest was in awe of the setup and the uniqueness of the venue when first stepping out the elevator. We had compliments for weeks and guests are still reminiscing the night. The rooftop was great as we were able to fit all guests for a seated dinner on the deck and still have more than enough room for a large dance floor section. I will recommend Morgans to anyone seeking a venue space and without hesitation i would book Morgans again if I had an option of living the event all over again. More...

Getting married at Morgan's on Fulton was the best decision we made! From the minute we stepped foot in this stunning space, we knew it was going to be the perfect setting for creating a wedding that felt original, sophisticated, romantic and "so us". It is impeccably outfitted with such personality and allowed us to pull together the most magical wedding night. Our guests were beyond impressed!
