Quick, precise, explain in detail, professional, reassurance of for shot and testing, friendly and informative, good atmosphere and made everything felt really easy and Comfortable. Oh by the way I was with the nurse who had difficulty with the computer with constant log in and I drank half a gallon of water which didn't help with the technical difficulties and waiting for the test. Please advise someone to check on the system to make it more efficient for everybody especially employees. More...

I came in for a drug test, the people were very friendly and helpful. The day I was there the AC was down and they were waiting for the technician so it was warm, these things happen. They apologized to everyone and had refreshments out for us. Over all it was a good experience. More...

The staffs here are exceptionally amazing. They were all very patient, apologetic, and understanding. Even though my drug screen should've been under 30 minutes, I was there for over 2 hours due to Concentra being understaffed. I saw all of them working tremendously hard and I hope they know that we(patients) appreciate everything they do.Concentra needs to hire more people at this location before they get their high quality employees burnt out. In visiting this particular location what got my immediate attention was that this facility wasn’t overcrowded. I’ve been to several locations and they all were so crowded. The support staff here are great! Laughing and carrying on amongst themselves and with some of the patients it was really nice to see how comfortable and open they were within the atmosphere of the “office” setting.
